Mi Bandera Produce — Local services in Haines City

I would frequent this store several times per week to purchase prepared lunch and Caribbean products. The taste was always on point. One day, I purchased preparedgoat and had to return it because it was undercooked (tough). The cook was not happy and the front cashier person seemed doubtful that I was being honest about the meal being non edible! If I have been a customer for years and years and never had a concern, why doubt what I'm saying? That was it for me. I lost ten dollars due to inedible tough goat meat and poor customer service while they lost a loyal...

My first time and I'm in love!!! The staff was very attentive and courteous. The prices are great. The store smelled clean.... Not like the placita across the way... That always smells like a blood bath. "MI BANDERA" also sells hot plates and the food smelled and tasted phenomenal 😋 Definitely would recommend...
