I came in for my first ever lash lift and tint and literally loved my entire experience there. First, booking on Vagaro was extremely convenient and the staff was helpful and kind in answering any and all questions and concerns I had prior to my appointment. From the very beginning of walking into the cutely decorated studio, I felt welcomed by the entire staff. I was walked through the entire procedure and the experience was painless and turned out absolutely stunning. During the lash lift, my esthetician continuously asked how I was feeling and if I was doing okay which made me feel like I was in great hands. I asked her about the skin treatments and facials that they offer and my esthetician took the time to explain everything to me during my services. I also added on the lip treatment which I would highly recommend. My once chapped lips felt plump and hydrated immediately after the treatment. She even added on a complimentary scalp massage with essential oil (which was heavenly and almost put me to sleep) while the tint was on my lashes. When the procedure was complete, I was amazed by the results. I literally spent the entire rest of the day staring at my lashes in every mirror I could find. Upon leaving, I purchased the glo barrier balm that was used on my lips after the lip treatment and a couple of the eye and lip masks that they sell. I love all of the products I bought and even use the barrier balm on dry skin, which I find helps a lot. It has been almost 2 weeks since my lash lift and tint and my lashes still look amazing. I love how low maintenance it is and I haven’t felt the need to wear mascara much since getting it done. I went in yesterday for a Red Carpet Facial. First, their new location was easy to find and upon entering I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. The waiting area was comfortable and the front desk was gorgeous. The receptionist was really nice and explained the new client forms. She offered me some really refreshing water with cucumbers in it. There were some local treats set out too.

McCalla was my esthetician and she called me back to do my treatment and was very thorough with going through my home care and what I wanted to achieve during treatment. I loved that she took before and after pictures. The room was so relaxing and the sheets were the most amazing sheets I ever felt in a spa.

The treatment was very detailed and McCalla let me know what each step was and what the benefits were. I loved the cocoa enzyme mask and the stone facial massage. There were so many steps and it was such a treat to have my skin pampered. I was glowing afterward. The owner was out after I came out of my facial and she asked how I liked my treatment. I told her how amazing it was and will send everyone I know to get services there.

I got a facial from Rachel a few weeks back. She was outstanding! My face felt amazing after the service, however, it felt the best during! The whole time I was incredibly relaxed. The bed was heated and the linens felt literally like satin sheets and fuzzy blankets! That had to be THE MOST luxurious experience I've had in any spa! I have gone to Kelly for lashes and facials in the past, she is just fabulous as well! Being 37 I now feel like skin care needs to become a top priority and I will never go anywhere but here! The vast knowledge of every single person employed, including the receptionist is very impressive. I feel very comfortable asking advise for at home maintenance from anyone and I know that it is educated and accurate! I have told so many of my family and friends about this incredible establishment! I can not wait for the holidays because I will be treating my mother and sisters to the red carpet facial as that is my favorite service! This place is nothing short of exceptional!
