WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, ANYWHERE, EVER, IN MY 62 YEARS ON THIS PLANET. I waited over 20 minutes for service on the 76th and Edgerton store, and walked out, without being served, or even acknowledged. I went down the street to the 76th and Layton store, and still had to wait 15 minutes before being served. My issues WERE NOT RESOLVED, and now I may need to make another stop at a DIFFERENT location. Anyone that goes back to the 76th and Edgerton location would have to be CRAZY. They told me the value I was receiving for trade in would be $1000, and I would only be paying $5.99/month for the extra storage. Come to find out, after calling customer care, my phone was “received for trade in with the screen not working, burn damage, and the phone wouldn’t turn on.” Because of all of the phones “damage”, my trade in value decreased by almost $900. Mohamed was professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and helped me with everything I needed to accomplish. He worked with me to activate my new phone and port my previous phone information. He helped me with the accessories I needed and answered my questions (even an app I had questions about!! Completely Over and Above!).
