The staff and manager are terribly rude and unprofessional. I tried to call the store to ask about the availability of a small cardboard box, and got no answer. I tried numerous times, then assumed they were closed. Upon driving by the store, I found that they were open. I was told the box cost $25 and the employee confirmed that they do not answer the phone, which sounded like an odd policy for a business. I asked about talking with or contacting the manager and she outright refused, telling me they do not give out that information. I told her I wanted to talk with someone about this. She wrote down the number for the store phone, the one they don't answer. Then the manager walked up, who was actually there the whole time. She told me she does not answer the phone because her English is bad. I asked her about the phone number for customer complaints. She told me there isn't one, which I found out is not true. I have every word this manager said recorded, so there is no doubt about my recollection. UPS stores are always ridiculously overpriced. Read moreUpdate on 6/22: I had to make an update following the change in the ownership at this UPS franchise location happened maybe around 2 or 3 months ago. This definitely has altered the feel and the way things handled. Now Sunday hours are added. But, I have to say that all the faces I was familiar with are gone and keep changing at a fast pace. Complete turn over for seemingly less effective and this is sad. I can only pray and hope it gets better after a while. My original: It may not look much from outside but this is one of the efficient spots around town to get things done when it comes to shipping and things related to it. Honest friendly faces to serve you as best as they can. It has not changed a bit since I got to know them. Read moreThe staff of young women who work here (often Saturdays) are some of the rudest people. They act like you're supposed to know all of their little unwritten rules and processes. They'll cop an attitude because you were supposed to "set the box HERE, not THERE." They come off as irritated, bothered by your presence, and unwilling to do little tasks that are part of their job. I recently mentioned a bad experience I had at this place to my husband (who is a very quiet, passive type of guy). He tells me he recently had the same issues here and even got into an argument with one of the girls behind the counter! That's so out of character for him. There are certainly issues with this business when both of us have had multiple and separate (yet similar) bad experiences. I hope UPS investigates this place and deals with the rampant...
