We had a very bad experience with the corner pet store they were dishonest about everything I was going back-and-forth for 10 days to check on the cats, First We want an orange colored cat the clerk said this cat is very difficult she can’t social yet it needs a long time before the adoption , since my daughter couldn’t wait she picked up another cat then she told us this will be ready in a couple days every two days I call and they tell me another couple days . Last time I called the lady who answered the phone she said I’m not sure you can call back tomorrow morning I told her no I’ll be there tomorrow morning I was at the door at 9 AM with my daughter, we noticed the orange cat that we originally wanted wasn’t there anymore when I ask about it she said already been adopted they were dishonest since they told me the orange cat is not ready for adoption for a long time yet, then we picked The second cat that my daughter choosed when I ask how much is the adoption they said $249 when the cat was ready for pick up at the cashier she said $349 that’s a whole $100 extra when I object they call the manager and she told me it was a computer error and she said that is $249 , previously we were told that’s included the cat litter box and a food bag when I paid for it they said only the litter box included. They told me the cat is a male and they had this on the papers when I went to the vet he said it’s a female it’s not a male, even though I was looking for a male cat form the beginning they told me that all the three cats they had they are males Also corner pet store they said she had a check up and two shots one of them a rabies shot the vet said she didn’t have the rabies shot. Read moreI would leave no stars if I could. Horrible experience. I bought a Dutch rabbit for my daughter on Friday and it died on Sunday. It didn’t even make it through the weekend. When I took the rabbit back, the manager didn’t even have the common decency to come and talk to me. She kept sending messages through an associate until I asked that she, herself come and have a conversation with me. I paid $85 for this rabbit, which is high for a rabbit to begin with. When I took the deceased rabbit to the store, she tried to offer $60 store credit and made suggestions such as I should contact a rabbit breeder to see if they have more rabbits. She was unempathetic, rude, had no customer service skills. She then tried to tell me that on my receipt it states there is a 24 hr guarantee on animals. My receipt said nothing and neither did their return policy. After showing her this, she said “well, it should have been on there.” Eventually, she gave me a full refund which is because I felt she was only irritated with me. I will NEVER shop here again. Came in there and stood by the puppies for a good 20 minutes waiting for some assistance in order to see some of them since you are not allowed to interact with them without a worker. Was making constant eye contact with two workers standing at the counter making it very apparent that I wanted help seeing puppies. Went up to counter to ask for help and one girl stated that she would go find another girl to help me. Ten minutes went by and another girl showed up and completely ignored me, cleaned up some stuff and then walked away. And then no workers were to be found. Then the two girls came back and both ignored me and just kept talking between themselves and then I had to ask again if I could see the puppies of my interest and had an attitude helping me.
