Soma — Local services in Halfway

I stopped by to give Erin with an "E" a shout for her fantastic customer service experience. This lady welcomed you at the door, very polite and polished. She asked if you need your help, if so, she jumped into action; if not, she informed you she is her if needed.

You would want to need her. Why? Erin, as mentioned above, knows the store products, carefully taking measurements, announcing herself as she enters the back and still knocking on the door before entering making sure it is okay to enter. Making recommendations based on the questions she asked and you answered.

She was actually on point with each selection she gave me leaving me deciding on a color if I wanted to purchase it. You go Ms. Erin you have brought back a needed service in the shopping experience. Thanks, I truly appreciate you!!
