I hope people read the reviews from others, because this place is horrible. I walked in and requested $40 on #2 and the person at the counter that was listening to headphones and obviously not paying attention took my cash and rang it up. As I walked outside, I found out the 87 button on #2 was defective so I moved to the pump next to it, #4. I went inside to ask them, and they told me I asked for it on #3. Not sure where that came from, but I explained they didn't hear that from me and to please fix it. They became immediately dismissive like it was my fault and ignored me and went about helping others and ignoring me. I stepped in front of them and refused to allow them to help anyone else until they fixed this and kept trying to switch registers, to which I followed them. They continued to not help until they tried to figure out the person on #3 and what their issue was and I demanded that they just add the $40 and figure it out later, which they refused. I told them to call their boss, which they reluctantly texted. I they pointed out the cameras with audio, and I said that's great since they will hear that they made a mistake, which they wouldn't acknowledge, they continued to blame me. Finally, I had to call the police non emergency number, and when I showed them this, magically they fixed it.
These girls are dismissive, disrespectful, and should not be working with the public with that attitude.
Yes, I filed a complaint with 7-11 the BBB, the chamber of commerce, and I'm still figuring out how else I can make others understand not to come here.

I went inside and talked to the two very nice team members. They called the manager for me, ā MUHAMMAD MIAHā so I can get the store owner name and store number. I told him āsorry to call so late, your staff isnāt at fault just your pump was messed up and I have to call corporate for it, may I have store info?ā He said āno you donāt need his nameā I said āokay may I have the store number?ā He said āno you donāt need that.ā I said āokay sorry to calll you so lateā he hung up on me after I said sorry and tried to thank him for his time. Very unprofessional, rude, and non-accommodating for a respectful request for store information. Muhammad is not a good general manager, and I donāt understand why people like this are in the industry of customer service or sales when they donāt want to help someone saying please, thank you, apologizing for inconveniencing etc. I literally had to put 3 cards in because it was glitching and finally worked after. And if anything the first one saying chip read error is a classic someone putting the machine to steal your chip read info, so I was gonna call corporate to complain about the promo but now Iām going to unfortunately call in for probably identity theft as well. I feel bad for the employees that deal with such a rude boss, as I just finished working at a restaurant and my managers would not speak like this to a guest unless they want to...

I left the store and went across the street to Dunkin donuts to have breakfast. The kids wanted to go the park so I went back in the store to purchase more water. It was a different clerk. The clerk suddenly said you didn't pay for the candy fans, you have to pay for them. I said, yes sir I was just here and paid for them and use a $100.00. He kept insisting that I didn't pay. "You people come in here all the time and dont pay for stuff". I asked him to call the previous clerk to identify me, he refused. He kept just say you have to pay and started to yell and said I was lying. This is my first review/post I have ever done anywhere. We all make mistakes and I hate to use race as a factor but I believe this happened because we're black. When I asked the clerk to apologize because clearly he had made a mistake. He told me to get out of his store. To the owner/manager you should not have have people working at the store that identify ALL black people as thieves.
