Completely thieves they add items to your account said it free then later you have to pay for. Ashley is the worst manager/customer service represents she told me sprint gave me $200 discount just because Iām a long time customer, when I asked her to put it towards my bills she said no I had to purchased accessories I asked 100 times if it for free cause I can go to amazon get it for way cheaper she said yes itās free so I go ahead bought 2 cases of total $180 she said now I have a $20 balance I can use which I never used, 3 weeks later I went to the store asked why my bills so high the gentleman there explained to me that Iām paying for accessories I told him no it was for free he said where did you get them I told him it was at this store he looked and said my bad it is for free so today I called customer services they told me Iāve been paying or accessories I went to the store no one canāt help me they said itās over a month they canāt return so basically I have to deal with it. We looked at the bill and I have a $39 lease on my phone from Sprint which was a surprise to me. The manager Armando who wasnāt helping me from 100 feet away told me I shouldāve called sprint when t-mobile acquired them to remove it. Apparently that shouldāve been two years ago. He didnāt offer a solution , however explained to me that Sprint emails and texts etc. All that did was agitate me. I left feeling confused without a new phone and that Iāve been wasting money.
Armando needs more training.
Kevin was genuinely trying to help me but told me needed to call T-Mobile corporate. Then Armando got involved from 200 feet away.
Also it was mentioned to me in the beginning that my phone credit wouldāve been $500 then it was knocked down to $160 and they didnāt have the equipment I needed.
