Having danced Salsa and Bachata for over 18 years, I've had the honor to have many instructors and attended countless lessons (it certainly took a village to get me to be an okay dancer 😅). Being a teacher myself, there are many qualities that I feel make teachers successful. The qualities that I see in Paulo in Luiza weekly are passion, expertise, humor, precision, professionalism in delivery, and compassion (to name a few).
