I had the most Outstanding example of ‘Exceptional Customer Service’, working with Arturo at Mattress & Furniture 4 Less. Due to poor sleeping conditions, followed by hours of lower back pain and low quality sleep. I decided to make a change, and purchase the Best Possible Mattress that I could afford, in an effort to improve sleep patterns, and hopefully improve my entire disposition.

I was WOWed, As soon as I walked into this store, Arturo welcomes me in introduced himself and asked for my name. He offered me a seat. He listened carefully to dilemma, and quickly identified my needs for a restful night sleep. Afterwards, Arturo made his recommendations of the type of Mattresses, that I should sample in the store. He patiently explained all the benefits that each model would afford me. Needless to say, after I was done, Arturo even set me up with a (Zero 0% Financing for 90 Days). For once in my life, I walked away with the Mattress of “My Dreams!” Thanks to Arturo, I’m doing a lot more Dreaming than tossing & turning these days. This is a small, family owned store with a big selection of mattresses and the best customer service you can imagine.The only drawback I see is that they put the mattresses on the floor to be tested and some people may not be able to do that. I went in for a mattress and ended up also buying a dresser with mirror and night stand, which I love. I chose a firm mattress thinking it was what I needed, but it ended up being too firm for me; after 4 days Arturo exchanged it with no problem and told me if I still didn't like the replacement, I could go back., and said it with best attitude!. He definitely knows how to run a business!...
