They did not honor a warranty on a sensor that was 4 months old with a life time warranty. Apparently you have to keep the recipient even if you have the box it came in. In addition to this the only record it shows on file there that I have purchased is brake pads. Even though I bought a tool and a part there earlier today. I would be skeptical about buying parts as well as tools at advance unless you are a good book keeper as well. I personally well start placing my recipient in a secure location. I definitely would not buy tools here with their warranty standards unless its an absolute must given warranty standards. The staff at this location for 98% of my experience has usually for the most part been postive, helpful, and friendly. The warranty standards is my issue. Shout out to Carter and Josh for taking care of me 5 minutes before closing time, 2 days in the row. Josh educated me on spark plugs. Carter helped me a lot for locating spark plug wires specific to my truck's engine requirements and found the rest of things I needed for my project in a jiffy.
