Disappointed 💤🛏 Do not recommend buying a Mattress from here. If you need a Mattress go to an actual Mattress store that offers some kind of satisfaction gareentee. We are out almost $900 for a crapper mattress than the worn out one we needed to replace.

I bought a King Size Mattress from Debbie years ago. Absolutely loved the mattress! I had 3 or 4 other family members come buy the exact same mattress from here later on.

It was time for a new mattress so we came back to see Debbie hoping to buy the exact same mattress. Unfortunately they didn't carry that mattress anymore and told us about another brand that was similar. (2 sided pillow top mattress)

We laid on the mattress wrapped in plastic on the floor and it seemed fine. We have had it since the weekend and it's absolutely horrible - wake up with backs aching not soft at all. We talked to Debbie and the manager hoping to work something out. It's one of thoses you bought it - not our problem so there's no refunds, returns, or possible in-store credit for Mattresses.

I had been looking for a sectional sofa for 2 weeks. Every store I had gone to either didn't have what I wanted, or couldn't get it in until April or June. I was about to give up my search when I Googled "furniture stores near me" and this store popped up. I told my husband that we should try one more store and if we don't find anything, we are done looking for this year. So on Saturday we went when the store opened, and immediately as we walked in we were greeted and spoken to like we were old friends. Debbie came up to us and walked us around the store and gave us a flyer for the sale for that day. She did not hover around, she did not pressure us to buy anything, she was just there if we needed. We finally found a sofa that was going to fit our house, and we were told we could pick it up as soon as Monday. I was so happy I almost cried. All this searching and the last store we go to, I find something I love. We picked up the sofa on Monday and it was packaged very neatly and even came with throw pillows! That made my day. The staff at Sofas & More in Halls Crossroads (Knoxville) is absolutely the best. The selection of furniture there is great. We found a wonderful sectional for our den. Everyone complements us not only on it’s looks but also on it’s comfort. Kathy was the salesperson who helped us. She went out of her way to assist us not only with furniture but area rugs that complimented the sectional. Matt came out to help with a small tear in one of the pieces of the sectional. He offered us options from waiting until a new one came in or taking it home and having a replacement sent as soon as it came in. Our furniture was delivered yesterday by two very friendly, helpful young men. The set everything up, making sure we were happy with everything. Matt called to follow up with us and make sure everything was satisfactory. He was very helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough about Sofas & More.
