Absolutely Abysmal Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This was hands down the worst excuse for customer service I’ve ever encountered. I placed an online order for pizza, which clearly said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes after that, giving them extra time big mistake.

What followed was a circus of incompetence and lies. First, I waited 10 more minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then the staff member had the nerve to say, “just 5 more minutes” not once, not twice, but THREE times. Apparently, time doesn’t exist in this place.

Then the manager, who was just as clueless, jumped in with another “7 minutes”, which turned into another 10+ minutes of waiting. Finally, yet another guy strolls in and says “10 more minutes” like it’s a damn joke.

What kind of operation is this? No communication, no urgency, no respect for the customer’s time. It’s like they were actively trying to see how far they could push someone before they walked out.

This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. Utterly disorganized, painfully slow, and completely indifferent to the people keeping their lights on—the customers.

Never again. Would give 0 star...

This is the first time I ever wrote a review because I refrain from being “that person” but the things I saw at this establishment was gross. Amidst throughout this pandemic being at its all time high with infection rates you have a full team (6+) of employees in a confined space with only 1 guy wearing a mask and gloves and even then he was touching the computer, phone, and various other surfaces with the same gloves (what’s even the point?). I saw employees on the line prepping all the food with their bare hands with one girl rolling pizza dough and another guy grabbing handful of toppings after I witnessed him wiping his hands on his pants. When I received my wings I open the box and the ranch container was placed directly in the wings. I worked in the restaurant industry and I know there’s a high probability those sauce containers drop on the floor or placed on different surfaces. I bet you guys wouldn’t be operating like that if the health department...

Soooo I hate to put bad reviews but I just want to make you aware this is a good restaurant to order pizza from but when they teach people, I don't really understand how hard it is to teach somebody to pick up phones and ask them what they want to order! I mean haven't they ordered pizza once in their life. And then she told me they also have Dr. Pepper, but later they call me back saying they don't have Dr. Pepper's. When I was on the phone with the lady she never told me the total cost of my order so I had to call her back and ask for it! But this is once that this has happened, I love Papa Johns ok! But today I am not a fan. But I guess I was the luck...
