I have been a regular at this location for about 2 years. Iām talking, multiple trips to this Dutch bros every week since 2023 and I have witnessed it go down hill, fast. Orders arenāt always accurate anymore and god forbid you actually get your order in a reasonable amount of time! I placed a mobile order this morning and once I arrived, I still had to wait 27 minutes (I kept track) before my order was actually ready. And itās absolutely not the first time that has happened so Iām not sure why they even offer mobile ordering. And if you DO order ahead of time and you choose a time farther out, to ensure your drink will actually be warm by time you get it, well it wonāt be ready at the time you choose, thatās just when itāll be put into their systemās queue. This location needs to have the āmerge hereā sign in their drive thru too because for some reason, the customers at this location have absolutely no clue how to function in the drive thru, causing orders to get all jumbled up. The newer (Iāve seen them around for months at this point) employees still look like theyāre completely confused every time they have to do anything on any of their screens. I just had to share my awesome experience at Halls Dutch Bros today! Since they opened, I've been stopping by at least once a week for my much-needed pick-me-up. And let me tell you, their service is always top-notch! šš¼
But here's the best part: today, after leaving the parking lot, I noticed that my drink tasted a bit strange. š¬ I'm allergic to sugar-free sweeteners, and they make me feel violently ill when I drink/eat something sugar free
Without hesitation, I turned my car around and explained the situation to the lovely lady taking my order. She immediately put in a remake for me, no questions asked! šš¼ When I reached the front, the kind young gentlemen informed me that they were 99% sure it wasn't sugar-free, but they still made me a new drink because they wanted me to enjoy it without any worries!
I can't express how grateful I am for their understanding and quick action, especially considering how busy they were. Halls Dutch Bros, you guys truly rock! Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure your customers'...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time I came, around the grand opening, there was a Chik fil a-esque setup with multiple lines, and extra employees taking orders outside, and speedy service. It was a long wait, but considering the line went all the way out to the main road, they handled it very well.
However, It's not the case now. It has taken 20 minutes in line to go from the edge of the parking lot to the menu board. I can also see that the same people have been standing at the walk up window for 20 minutes.
And once you attempt the line you're physically trapped. There's no way to give up and go somewhere else.
Added: Eventually an employee came out and began taking orders on a device. She was friendly and polite, but it was still a 35 min commitment to get through the line.
Side note. The menu board does not show the list of flavors to customize, and the person taking orders doesn't have a menu card, so once you've passed the menu, you have to either remember everything or ask the employee to read it all to you. Not...
