Over the past two years, I have tried to eat at this this place and left before eating, due to the stale food left on the buffet. Tonight, I tried it again, because it it the closest place to eat Chinese food, and had to leave requesting no payment, due to the poor conditions. I took pictures of old food stuck to numerous plates and bowls on the clean dishes, and different food selections were either burnt, stale, stagnant, or powdery and tasted old (particulary the crab rangoons and egg rolls being powdery). The floors and tables were dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and there wasn't any soap in the restrooms. Not to mention, this is an old outdated bank that needs extreme updating. I told the manager, and he told me that I was to pay for the meal, even though we only ate a couple of bites, and the kids didn't eat anything. I told him either take a copy of my license and we could deal with it in court, or to call his and my good friend, a Chinese friend of the restaraunt, who told me if I had another bad experience here to call him, and he did, and our friend told them I was an honest person and to let me leave without paying. I told him he needed to shape up the restaraunt and he told me that it was all in my taste. I told him that I eat at a lot of Chines restaruants and this was the worst, and he told me not to come back. I told him I planned on it and that I would spread the word. I just wanted others to know, to help make an informed decision on your next visit. I will be calling the health codes department first thing in...

Three strikes your out. Yes i gave this place three chances thinking that when i went there for dinner one day and paid $9 for buffet and $2 for a drink only to find everything empty and what was out dried n so chewy i would not let my three year old eat any meat thinking he would get choked..yeh i thought things happen so i actually went back. Went back on a monday apparently they started closing on mondays without notice so a 25 min drive wasted..actually next comes the dumbest thing ive ever done..i decided to try back again..maybe this time would be good since we got here right at opening. Waste of time, waste of money...will NEVER be back again..how can even after only being open for ten min can the food already be luke warm, dry and chewy? Every time i have been here it has literally been empty like maybe three people at most and the last time was the worst there was people who decided to sit right behind us in an empty restaurant n both theur kids decided to not only clinb over the seats but both had tablets and were watching different shows and one would turn there volume up then the other til you could hear both of them very clearly across the entire dining room. For gods sake go to osaka on chapman highway..its way cheaper n omg a zillion times better or even better n u want to pay $9 like this place charges for fecal waste, go to makinos on kingston pike beside chuck e cheese..best hibachi around. Dint know how this place is still open charging such rediculous prices..maybe thats why they started...

I’m aware the place could use an update, but it’s like a mile from our home, and it’s difficult to find good Chinese food, so there’s only a couple places we’ll even eat at. They have good food and service, and that’s what’s important!

I lived out West (central west) years ago, and I had to move back home to get real Chinese and Mexican food lol. It was American food, made by Americans, claiming to be Chinese and Mexican food, and was the WORST.

Anyway, there’s only one server that I’m aware of, and she’s good at her job. We only had one bad experience, but that was our fault for staying and eating after being told they were moving furniture to clean the carpet, but we didn’t know they were literally waiting for us to leave, and were already taking the food away. Other than that, food is good and hot. We stopped coming in though because we’d eat too much and get sleepy lol so we started ordering it and picking it up.

Sometimes, people have a bad experience, it happens, and hopefully it’s not a first impression, because as we all know, first impressions are important, so if you had a bad first experience, come back at a time food wouldn’t be cold (when it’s not busy, though even when it has been very slow, our food was still good) and try it again. They have good prices on food if you’d prefer to order meals you like, because I don’t think people realize this isn’t just a buffet, so you aren’t required to just buy it by the pound. It’s just like any other restaurant, but also has buffet.

I think the best time to come to eat here is on Wednesday nights. It's the second time I have come on a Wednesday night and the food is fresh. I have no complaints. Even the sweet tea was good. 3 years ago: This time around I had to give it a lower rating. The first time we went there I gave it a 5 star. The food was delicious and flavorful and the service was wonderful. We planned on coming back which we did last night (Sun, Dec 3rd 2018). The food almost had no flavor. I say almost because it was still eatable. A few of the chicken pieces from the terriaki felt like I was chewing pork. The texture looked like pork but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since dark chicken meat can have that texture. But today I had pains in my stomach as if I did eat pork. You see I'm allergic to pork. It's not as serious as peanut allergies since I will not die from it. I'll survive. But from now on, this place is a no-no.

This place has an awesome buffet for lunch and dinner. There is also hibachi available in the evening. Sushi is available on the buffet, but there is a separate premium sushi list on the menu, for different prices. For the buffet, you must come at busy lunch and dinner times, or you won't get that fresh of food(like any other buffet) the staff is very friendly, and go above and beyond to serve your needs. Take out buffet is also available. They give you boxes and you fill them, then they weigh it.

Service was nice. Some food was ok but some was old and stale. The worst part was how dirty it was so made me not want to eat but people I was with wanted to. Won’t go back. Here is a pic of the blinds at the table where we sat. I should have got a pic of the vent below us. I don’t want to think about the kitchen if these things you can see were this dirty because I might upchuck.
