Taco Bell — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

Let me just say this review isn't after one visit. I have been here many times. I am pretty much always disappointed.

When you can make it through the front door, if it's not locked, you may or may not be greeted by an employee behind the counter somewhere. I always place my order through the Taco Bell app, because I know better, which is why that I know better to make sure to stand at the counter to wait for my order. If you don't, they either won't make it at all and blame you for not letting them know you are there, or they take an absolute lifetime. They will never actually let you know your order is ready. It will sit there getting cold.

My most recent experience was from last week. Stood at the counter waiting. After 10+ minutes, a guy from the drive thru asks if I've been helped. I explain I'm waiting on my food. I'LL GO CHECK. So he walks straight back and I'm pretty sure turns the opposite way of the kitchen. So I keep waiting. All the while a guy in the drive thru is talking to a woman in the kitchen area about a video on their phones. I can visibily see them on a cell phone. I keep waiting patiently and eventually the guy who was speaking to the woman in the kitchen sees me and comes over, asks the same question. After a while longer, they are now making my food. Not with haste or like "OH MAN, I MESSED UP" simply more like "god what does this woman want and why is she bothering me?".

Not a good feeling when you are paying a place for food. I get it is just taco bell, not some 5 star place, but if you are paid to do a job... do it, and do it right... or why are you there?

There was a worker who was there not seeming to be helpful at all who finally gave me the freeze my 6 year old daughter ordered. She was beyond nice but I'm not sure why she would open the straw and put it bare handed into the drink. I was completely blown away, the whole experience sucked. Edit: After two years, I decided to give this location another chance since I was in a rush. They've not changed a bit. I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap, a gordita crunch, and two potato tacos.

They forgot the crunchwrap, the potatos were hard and chalky, all of the cheese was cold, the lettuce was questionable, and I couldn't even finish my gordita it was so soggy. To top it all off, my Sierra Mist tasted like tap water.

We've been patrons of this Taco Bell for years, and in the last year it has gone down the drain.

Forgetting food, completely wrong orders, food sometimes tasting like vomit, and a lovely long hair in my Gordita.

Tonight was the last straw: They forgot my sister's nachos, and a taco from her big box. They also gave her a fire taco instead of a normal one for her other taco.

As for my order, my doubledilla (read: normal quesadilla) was not cut at all, and the meat was placed only in the center.

To top it all off, every taco was missing lettuce, and it looked like they had put a half-order of meat on them.

This is the last time we're eating here; instead, we'll be going to the one in Fountain City (5 minutes down the road). I recommend you...

Halls interney site said they close at 12 i have seen the site it hasnt really changed but once we get there at 1125 i push tue button with people out fr9m at the tables workers had seen us there. At 148 they finally came out amd said they were closed and closed at 11 pm. So is that not false advertisment then. There response was that isnt our failt its corperates fault. I responded if corpwrate hired u yoi are somewhat a part of them so yes it is there fault as well. In the morning im going to call there general managment and complain aswell as a lawyer t9 see aboit filing a law suit for faulse advertisment cause i had 4 girls broken hearted that thinks i can do anything crying because i lied to them. Now thse four little girls wont beleive anything i tell them. Ot has really hurt me for them to beleive this. All because of a store advertising one thing and doing somthing else and they had waited so long to tell me that i couldnt get them there shakes from anuwhere else not even mcds.
