Kazoku Hibachi Express Had a terrible experience with truck 2 yesterday. They even deleted my post on their page.
The truck #2 didn't serve on time due to reasons "beyond their control" at central filling station. The guy kept saying 10 more minutes. Many people walked up asking why they were not open and I told them the guy is saying 10 more mins. That passed and still closed. He finally came out and gave reason for delay by blaming others and I stated not my problem. Kazoku finally started serving and only ONE person wore a mask when its mandatory. My order was placed and my change was practically thrown at me but the guy apologized.
I voiced my concerns on their Facebook page and christina stated the employees said I was impatient and banging on doors/windows. How was I doing that sitting down? I can't quite understand the lie. Christina has not provided proof. I urged her to chech security cameras. This truck 2 has always provided bad service and more training in customer service is needed. If you order from #2...
