HORRIBLE! I tried to exchange a defective phone and this store refused to take it back because they claimed it had damage from a fall. It did NOT!! They admitted that my phone was dead due to a software issue, and still refused to take it back. They called insurance and then Verizon who said that it could be warrantied out at an actual Verizon store. So I drove to the Verizon in North Haven and they said that they couldn't exchange it because it wasn't purchased there. HOWEVER, Verizon determined that there was NO damage to my phone and that Wireless Zone was basically full of it. What they constituted as damage was simple wear and tear. After over 2 hours of speaking to reps in the store and on the phone, Verizon was able to warranty it out FOR FREE and give me a new one, BUT I had to get it via mail. Moral of the story DO NOT buy from Wireless Zone. They are frauds.

I also complaint about this incident to Verizon. She was charging is way more extra without even letting us know and when my husband asked her she was upset. I said plz cancel my order I will go to a cooperate store. She got all upset and said I won’t get commission and I closed your file . Call Verizon. We called Verizon. They told us that they need the order no. And store code., she refused to give us. So we had to call the Cops to the store. Read moreMy husband and I were at the store last week, on August 4th We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Kevin. I was having problems with my phone, came in to find out if it could be fixed. After Kevin explained to us Verizon’s special offer available for a limited time , which allowed us each to get a new phone for one quite reasonable price, we decided to take advantage of it. We spent the rest of the afternoon at the store transferring all our data, photos etc etc onto our new phones. We are both very happy with our purchase. without Kevin’s concern, advice and wisdom, we would still be struggling with our old ones. I am now now able to read everything more easily and am enjoying learning not to use the phone more effectively… Thanks to Kevin, our experience was smooth and fun.
