I usually love Burlington and stop whenever I see one, but this location left a lot to be desired. The store is hard to shop, and checkout was disappointing. None of the cashiers smiled, and the young man helping us forgot to remove the security tag from my husband’s jacket. When the alarm went off, my husband went back in to have it removed.
What upset me most was the man at the door. Even though I explained the alarm went off for my husband, not me, he still insisted on checking my clothes. I turned away from him. When the alarm didn’t sound a second time, he muttered, “Oh, she didn’t have one.” It was embarrassing and made me feel like he was singling me out, even though we had our receipts in hand.
I spend too much at Burlington to be treated this way. This visit really makes me think twice about coming back to this location or others. I'd like to add, the cashier never asked for my rewards number either.

Read moreThe staff is pretty rude, and the store is sloppy. Return policy sucks. I tried to exchange 2 Christmas gifts of clothing for the correct size (no receipt, but clearly purchased from them. Labels matched their inventory). Would not exchange. One was missing the price label (barcode was available) so they wouldn't exchange it (their response, "How do we know you bought it here?") but offered store credit for the other. You can't just exchange it for the one in my hand? The day I did this, I waited in line for over 30 minutes because there were only 2 cashiers and apparently no store manager (I asked and was told the manager wasn't there that day). Next time I'll bring my business elsewhere, to a reputable store that doesn't look like a teenage boy's bedroom and will actually be helpful...
Read moreMy experience with a customer service rep was very unprofessional. Customer service is key in a shopping mall, cashier was very rude to my wife, throwing my clothes in the bag. I’ve come to this door all the time and this is the first time I’ve seen her there, and hoping the last time I see her. I’ve seen emails and haven’t heard from any one yet. Store is very clean and one of my favorites because this store is always in top top shape and for this to happen to us or anyone else is ridiculous. Cashier name is De’Hja. Nasty attitude and looks like she doesn’t want to work. I say it all the time don’t like your Job quit!!! Manager for that store is named Mike D.
