T-mobile is great, this store is horrible. When I upgraded my phone a year ago somehow I got put on a senior plan. A manager called me a few weeks later informing me of the mistake. I volunteered to give back my new phone and take my old one but that wasn’t an option. He said there was nothing he could do until my account was red flagged. But promised that when it was he would “ make it right”. I would keep the same percs with no increase in bills. He lied!! My account gets red flagged and my two options were pay the addditional $50 a month ($700) over the rest of my contract. Or pay $10 more a month and move to the lowest plan with non of the percs. He told me to look at it as if I saved money for the first part of my contract. I ended up calling 611 explaining everything and getting a credit on my account for the $700 dollars I am going to end up paying customer service on the phone was great. Read moreThis is the worst place to buy a phone, I bought a phone, I returned it in 10 days because the company started making surcharges that were not correct, they charged me everything like $300 dollars. Later when I returned the device they continued charging me even though I had already canceled my Count on them and they are still charging me, they sent me to a collection company, it is the worst place that wants to steal people's money in their face.
I paid for one month's service and i returned the equipment in 10 days. I lost the phone number to recover. I had to pay another month and I don't owe them anything and they still sent me to a collection company but I'm going to sue them to see who wins. because I have all the evidence. No body can control this company??? Read moreI had a replacement phone go to this store. When I get to the store the lady states to me she does not have the phone. She looks in the computer and states well the computer shows its here but I looked and it's not. Then she goes to say there is only one spot where the phones are kept and it's not there. She had no care in the world. I said fine I'll call T-Mobile and cancel the service. As I was walking out she said well I can cancel it here if you want to cancel. My husband stood in the store and asked the lady about a phone and she said she has a loaner phone. Then she tries to sell my husband a phone by upgrading. I was outside with tmobile on the phone and comes to find out the manager mailed my phone back. So while I'm on the phone she's trying to sell my husband a phone. Terrible customer service. For one your manager mailed my phone back and your rep is trying to sell my husband a phone. Ridiculous I will never ever...
