Let me start by saying that I love my carpet. It's beautiful, the pad is good, & I'm happy with how it looks. That being said, I was not happy with the installation service.

Communication was very poor. We received no updates unless we inquired ourselves, even when it came to confirming our install date. They called to let me know they were coming the morning of that first day and I asked for updates at the time because we were not yet residing there, which I was assured I would have, and then never received.

Installation took a day longer than anticipated which would've been fine if they would've updated me as I had asked. I had been assured it would be finished by end of day 2, only to find out after a 45 minute drive from home with all 5 kids in tow that it was nowhere near done and would take another day.

After installation was completed, I discovered that one of my glass kitchen pendant light shades had been broken in half. I had taken some photos the day we closed & pulled them up to make sure it wasn't broken beforehand. It wasn't. I know accidents happen, but the fact that I wasn't even told about this & had to discover it on my own infuriated me.

I called & left a message and the owner returned my phone call the following morning. He was upset that he was not alerted about the break as well & told me he would "take care of it." I offered up my before & after photos that I took as proof of the breakage and he had me text them to him. I did so as soon as I hung up. I never got so much as a text response or a follow up about repairing the damaged fixture and that was one month ago today.

As I continued to go around the house I found they left us with several ruined door stops that had been bent upwards by their installation tools. They could've easily been unscrewed and then put back after installation. I tried to fix them but ended up having to replace about 5 of them. A cheap fix, but annoying that more care was not taken to begin with. I also found that many of the baseboards were scratched to heck with giant silver streaks running across them which was a bummer as I had just painted a handful of them. There was also a basement closet door guide that was never reinstalled, so the closet doors were just hanging there and able to swing back and forth. They tried to place it backwards and I'm guessing couldn't get the screws into the concrete so they just left it. I had to get an impact driver and fix it myself.

There was also a hole in the wall from the garage door being flung open. They patched it & painted it an entirely different color. I don't even know what they were thinking. A big square of bluish grey paint on my tan walls. I wouldn't have cared if they had told me so that I could fix it properly. I expect those kinds of things, especially during a move. It just really bothered me that they went as far as to paint it an entirely different color. Like I wouldn't notice that..? So crazy.

So, I love the carpet, but dealt with some crazy aftermath and had to spend even more $$$ and more importantly my time to fix all of the problems they left me with. It really bothered my that the owner never followed up with me on the pendant. It didn't cost a fortune, but it took forever to track down a replacement. An actual response would've really been appreciated.

I was very impressed at the showroom. Stephen was incredibly helpful & informative as we selected the carpet we wanted. I wish it had been him that did my installation because I feel like things would've gone very differently if he had.

This was a pretty easy process all around. I was able to easily pick out what I wanted, they quickly sent out someone to measure, I went in to place the order and pay half down, they placed my order, and a little over two weeks later (when my carpet came in), it was installed. The installation crew was courteous and worked very hard. It was done in a few hours and looks absolutely beautiful.

I am VERY happy with my purchase. I found the same brand, but in a more luxurious weave, for less money than I could find anywhere else locally.

My ONLY complaint is that I did not receive a call prior to installation to give me a time. I had the day but had no idea what time they would be there. They were there first thing in the morning, at about 8:30am. I am fine with that but I would have liked some confirmation on when to expect them that day.

Great, friendly and efficient service. I worked directly with Stephen Bowling (company contact, invoice, estimate, etc.) and Jonas (installation.) The only “issue” I had was communication about a scheduled time they were coming out (we talked about a day, but not a specific time) but it wasn’t a huge deal to me since I took the day off and knew business would be booming around the holidays, so it likely got lost in the busy-ness somewhere. Stephen worked around my hectic schedule and even came out after the project was completed to address an issue I was having with previously installed flooring - possible water damage, nothing that was due to the installation methods. Jonas arrived on time and completed the job in rapid speed with quality work.
