1 year later: Updating from 3 to 5 stars. This sweatshirt has held up over the last year and still looks brand new. The material is lightweight but still keeps me warm. It’s very comfortable and one of my favorite sweatshirts to wear to my son’s baseball games.

Updating from 1 to 3 stars because of a resolution:

The same day I left this review the company reached out by phone and apologized and explained this is not how they do business. The immediately refunded my order and still fulfilled my order free of charge. Once it was ready it was shipped overnight. I had my order within 5 days and it arrived in good condition with no defects.

Original review:

I received a defective sweatshirt (1st pic) on 4/8 and reached out to the company about the issue by phone and email. I was advised to wash the sweatshirt and that would resolve my issue. After washing it (2nd pic) it the line across the front of it was still there. I sent another email on 4/10 and again on 4/15 since no one has responded. On 4/18, I got an email stating they ordered a replacement sweatshirt for me. I replied immediately asking when I could expect to receive it. I did not get a response so I sent another email on 4/24 and again on 5/6. I have also left several voicemails throughout this time which also includes the voicemail I left today, 5/8/24. By the time I get my replacement sweatshirt, the weather will not warrant a sweatshirt. It only takes a minute or two to respond to an email or pick up the phone and call someone. This is my first experience ordering from this company. The entire experience so far has been very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. If I don’t hear back from someone by the end of this week, I guess will dispute the charge on my credit...

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience placing an order over the phone that I felt it deserved recognition! When the call was answered, the customer service was top-notch. Doug Wyman was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, double-checked the details of my order, and even offered helpful suggestions I hadn’t considered.

What impressed me most was how smoothly everything went, no long holds, no confusion, just efficient and courteous service. I really appreciated how he confirmed everything before finalizing the order to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

To top it off, my order arrived exactly as promised, and even a little earlier than expected! It’s rare to find that kind of attentiveness and professionalism these days, especially over the phone.

The team at HDLNS did such an amazing job for my one year-old’s birthday coming up. We are doing a hole in one theme a.k.a. golf theme And Justin and his team was able to create beautiful and personalized logos and embroidery on hats and a shirt for me. I cannot wait to share all of our items with our families. They came out beautifully, and I will definitely be using his services for every birthday in the future.
