The 2 owners are easily the nicest women in the world! This is a sister owned business and it was a wonderful experience. I went with my sister and the appointments give you so much time to try on as many dresses as you'd like, plus it allows for extra time to just mess around and maybe try on a few dresses just for fun! I went on a week day so I got a hour and a half FREE! The really listen to what you want and are very attentive. If you've never been in a bridal shop I HIGHLY recommend this one! You will feel so relaxed and taken care of! I also did a short try one for my dress after we decided on the one I wanted with my mom, aunt, finances moms, and sister. There truly aren't words to describe how much I LOVED my experience at Frannie and Joe! This was the very first place I went and I wouldn't do it any other way! This is the type of place you DREAM about going as a little girl. The store itself is absolutely magical and the service you receive there is just as great! I just purchased my wedding dress here a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience! Marianna and Ellie were so friendly and accommodating, I felt like I just had two extra friends helping me shop! They were very supportive and knowledgable about the dresses in their store and what customizations could be made. It was also so nice that you have the whole store to yourself.
