I’ve been ordering salads to go and dined in a few times over the last year. I’m unfortunately at a point where I’m done giving them a chance. The dine-in experience was pretty bad and since then I decided to do takeout only. Sometimes the salads have been perfect and good quality/quantity. But the last 4 times or so I’ve been unhappy with my order. I’ve been paying for extra meat (turkey or ham or both), extra mushrooms and banana peppers and getting the large salad. Almost every time I’ve paid for “extra” I’ve been given the regular amount. And the large salads used to be large. Now they’ve gotten smaller and smaller and are the same volume as the small, just in a bigger container. One time I wasn’t given dressing, paid for extra meat and didn’t get it and I called to complain. They were not helpful on the phone and just said they would make note of it. It’s sad because their food is good when it’s done right, but their staff is not the best and most times there are things wrong with the food. Ordered a salad from there today because I didn’t bring my lunch to work; again paid for extra turkey and ham (did not get extra), so this will be my last order...

This should really be a split review because I was pretty happy with everything except the garlic bread with cheese and I think someone forgot the hot honey drizzle on my Hot Hawaiian Pizza. I called to speak with a manager about my experience and was pretty much blocked from speaking with a manager by the unempathetic employee that answered the phone. The garlic bread I ordered appeared to not rise. It looked like a cheese pancake. The young lady that answered the phone insisted that the bread sticks are supposed to be flat because they are made on pizza dough (even though she didn't see what I saw) and that's how it's supposed to look. I unfortunately did not get a receipt (going forward I will get one) so I was prepared to chalk this up as a loss anyway, but the customer service from the employee was unacceptable. She showed no empathy whatsoever and she wanted me to believe the cheese pancake is how their bread sticks are supposed to look. Ok so I love pizza. However I also don't take pizza likely not at all. Most pizza is like yea ok I can deal with it I've had better. No not this pizza I'm from Cincinnati I live in Fairfield however I've eaten a lot of pizza around the country from New York style, to Chicago style deep dish pizza from Chicago to that third best Midwest style pizza which is what this is and what most of of us eat everyday. As far as that goes if you are like me who is sick and tired of a larosa's don't know if you're pizza will be cooked right and sick of getting credits because you really want a delicious well cooked and and flavor pizza 🍕 try this one it's on point sauce is on point thickness of the crust is nice and toppings are good quality and flavourful. On a scale from 1 to ten 1 being horrible 5 being ok and 10 being among some of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life I will give it a 7.5 it would be an solid 8 if I had just a little bit more toppings however delicious all the same.
