I’m late providing this review but want to give a big THANK YOU to the Mobile 2 Go staff and manager! When my daughter was home from college back in January, she needed to have the screen on her laptop replaced. Although the replacement was ordered, when it arrived, it wasn’t the correct screen for her type of laptop. Since my daughter was leaving to go back to school out of state, there was no time to reorder the screen and have it replaced. The gentleman who helped my daughter (I regret that I don’t know his name) spoke with his manager, explained the situation and worked to identify the best solution. I assumed that they would ask to keep my daughter’s laptop, waive the cost of the screen replacement and ship it to her when it was ready (which would have been a nice gesture but inconvenient, because she’d be away at school without her laptop). UPDATE: my phone was not fixed. The same issue happened within 10 min of leaving the store. I took my phone home to update the software as recommended by Joe and Apple whenever hardware is replaced. My phone couldn’t stay on longer than the 3 min to complete the update process. I took it back to the shop where Joe let me know he would be able to update through his system. Instead I was handed my phone back with the Apple restore screen. Took it to Apple and it’s unable to be fixed completely.
