First time going for brunch on a Sunday. Not packed at all, open tables all over. Got sat immediately. Two other tables walked in when we did. We're a table of 3. We read the entire menu and all 3 of us were ready to order by the time the server came to get our drink order. Both other tables already ordered and received drinks. Drinks came - coffee was ice cold, and a tea was ordered and received coke. Told the server. Ordered our food. Eggs were specified "over hard". 10 mins go by - no tea, no hot coffee. No server in sight. Another server brought out the Brussels - they were delicious! All 3 shared for about 20 mins. Still no tea or coffee. Coke and waters were empty. One of the other tables that walked in with us, was already fed and leaving at this point. Brussels were gone. 30mins - Still hadn't seen our server once. She finally comes out and addresses the table next to us - we sat there with an empty plate of Brussel sprouts and empty glasses. She didn't even look at us. Brought them back their check, and didn't look at us again. Took their payment and brought back their receipt again, without even looking over. She went back to the computer behind the bar and we finally said this is enough. My husband walked up to her at the bar and requested our check. She seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. As she brought our check, another server brought our food out with the manager, all 3 expressed annoyed faces with heavy scoffs and attitudes. The eggs on the food were raw looking, which were ordered over hard - the food looked like it had been sitting in the microwave for 30mins. We didn't even accept it. They walked away, the server came back waling her arms and rolling her eyes more while saying "we just went ahead and took care of everything so you can go". We all said "No we will pay for the cokes and Brussel sprouts, but we're not paying for that food that's been sitting for 30+mins". The manager tried to say "well you ordered salmon and that takes longer than anything" - umm no salmon takes 5 minutes when cooked right lol Also, you are telling me the other food was done and sitting there before the salmon was done?? That's even more concerning.
All of this with no apologies from the server or the manager. Just rolled eyes, excuses, stares from every other table, scoffs, huffs and puffs, and extreme unprofessionalism.
Coming from someone who has been a server/bartender/ business owner for over 15yrs, I would highly recommend NOT going while these folks are running the show.
I've been for lunch multiple times and had completely different experiences - guess it just goes to show the difference in professional and unprofessional personnel.

Read moreI do have a great deal of feedback because I want the restaurant to succeed. The meal was not awful, but it did not match the price point with miscues in flavor and execution.
First note is about service. We had a pleasant young lady who was attentive. Those who asked for water, received it. However, I'm used to having water served without prompt. Maybe it's on me who forgot to ask, I'm just used to it being there when ordering alcohol. With her being a young lady, she was not able to offer any input on the bourbon list. She was helpful in asking for input from the bar. She was quick at her tasks.
Getting to the drinks, the Old Fashion struck a decent balance and the Manhattan was solid. The Bourbon Peach Smash was cloying and had no balance.
Now getting to the food. It threw me off that lettuce went on nachos, let alone the amount that was placed on it. Speaking of the lettuce, it was flavorless iceberg, I'm not a big fan. The nachos had some good flavor going on, just felt odd.
Next up, the veggie wrap was monotonous to eat. One of our party barely finished half of the wrap. Just seems like there was a dominant flavor with the Brussel sprouts, where extra acid could have balanced out this flavor.
Onto the burgers. They honestly were lackluster. For being a smash burger, I expected a crispy edge with a meaty center. What we ate was lacking flavor and that crispness. The differentiation between patty and bun was hard to figure out. The Original had okay flavors with a good cheesiness going on. It could have used more sauce on that one and the Big Blue as well. The frazzled onions had a great crunch, but were so salty. I didn't not taste any of the maple mustard, nor the gorgonzola on the Big Blue. It felt like balance and flavor was missing.
The Mac and Cheese was highly recommended, leading to disappointment. It was runny, kind of bland, and not much cheese flavor. The crushed up chips did offer texture contrast, which was needed.
I hope my feedback does not come off as harsh or negative. I love the atmosphere and the bourbon list was pretty solid. I want this place to succeed and it seems like it has been. This could have been an off day, and I'd be happy to give it another try.

Read moreI just took my daughter to this restaurant. We sat at the bar to obtain a nice lunch. We experienced the opposite. The area behind the bar was atrocious, and dirty. The service was the absolute worst. We ordered potato skins and it came with a soupy sour cream. We brought this to the bartenders attention and he proceeded to try our sour cream himself on front of us at the bar! He then proceeded to argue that the sour cream was fine. We were baffled and speechless. For lunch we ordered a hamburger and planned to share it. The pre cut burger had finger holes in it (think of finger holes on a bowling ball). The bartender proceeded to sit at the bar and not once asked how our food was. We were never asked if we desired a second adult beverage. The staff had Panera Bread soup visible in the dinning area and store bought food that they were enjoying while standing at the bar. There was garbage on the bar, and on the glasses they were using to serve drinks. The fruits for drinks were uncovered and filled by the bartender whom did not wear any gloves for safety. The drink olives were stored in a filty metal container on the back of the bar, un refrigerated. There was a personal jacket sitting on top of the glasses that were used to serve guests. We not able to enjoy our experience and were very uncomfortable. We are desperately worried if the front of the restaurant operates like this then what does the kitchen...
