I'm hoping this will reach the owner and they can go over customer service to their employees....(1/9/25) A good friend of mine that is a regular to Cats meow called me and said they had a sale and she bought an elliptical today and they had one left and that she knew I was looking for one and to go check it out. I flew over there from work (got there about 5:20 , and I DID know they close at 5:30 so I just wanted to make sure it was still there and look at it so I could possibly go buy it and load it the next morning when they open) I wasn't planning on making them stay open for me! I walked in and received dirty looks and was told we close in 10 minutes. Geesh, not even a hello or a smile? I smiled and said "oh I know exactly what I'm looking for I will be quick, I've never been in here, is there any elliptical's left in the store?" I got a very rude point to the back and a huge attitude of well they'd be back there if there was and I dont know, with another dirty look, we close soon she repeated, wow? So I said ok thanks ill be quick just want to look at it , soon as I got back to the machine the lady gets over the loud speaker demanding people check out now or you will not be able to purchase items, something was said to that extent, ( ok last call, i get it, but the tone? Wow!) as shes directly looking at me glaring. Like am I in a twilight zone? The other lady next to her just stared at me and gave me the same looks, didn't speak at all. I've worked retail/retail management for 20 years and would never EVER treat someone the way they did. My first time in, and although it was almost closing time (I totally understand when you are ready to close and go home, I've been there) I made it clear I would be fast. It's very unfortunate that I will now take my business elsewhere, I try to think maybe that person is just having a bad day because we have all been there, but that was just horrible customer service. Maybe your team needs a revamp on how to treat people, especially people that have been nothing but nice. The two ladies working tonight were downright...

Today's highlights....multiple vintage small made in Japan planters for $2.25, and section of free books. Usually look for good sheets, but here they dump them into a huge bin and you dig around and pull some out. But... they stink...so no sheets from this cute store for me. Fun shopping experience for a good cause. Will definitely be...
