Ran by scammers. After they received my money, everything was a hassle. In the beginning everything seemed fine, and the venue is beautiful! But everything that glitters isn't gold, and I recommend you save your money and the headache.

Management is very unprofessional. I experienced everything from their six year son gossiping to me about the details they said about myself and my party, to them trying to get more money out of me the day of my party! (i.e. fees we already paid or out-of-nowhere fees to use the furniture that was already agreed upon or already in/at the property, (couches, tables, chairs!)).

At the end, they refused my deposit because I sent it via cash app, instead of money order or a check. After telling me through texts that all payments were electronic. They gave me their cash app for the initial deposit, let me pay the deposit...and then claimed no deposit was never made. Even though I left the venue exactly how it was and took my own trash out, sent them receipts, texts, proof, of my deposit, and everything. Nothing. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

I've thrown several events, and I've never come across so many issues with the owner. I understand things are bound to happen, but how often things happened, the level of miscommunication, and the trying to scam me out of more money is a terrible and unprofessional look. Probably one of the most horrible experiences I had coordinating an event. From the initial price hackling, inaccurate mention of fees, and cleanliness of the venue, needless to say I won’t be back. I was apart of an event that occurred this past month and we arrived to a venue in which the previously rented patrons did not remove their decorations or set up. I was told that the building would be ready for my team to begin setting up promptly at 12:30pm. Mind you, I was charged an additional fee to secure the venue for an additional for hours to set up prior to my event. Upon arriving, although the owner Brandy, stated she would be in the assure the venue was ready, she never arrived. We had to completely take down decor from the previous event and do a full cleaning of the venue before we were even able to vegan our set up. This caused numerous delays in our function, despite the fact that we were charged a cleaning fee up front that assured we would walk into a clean slate. The owner had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional up to a three week delay in receiving our security deposit back. Needless to say, this place is a pure scam ran by the most ghetto-fied business person I’ve ever encountered in life. Save your money, you will be better off securing a space...

So I had a surprise birthday party at their Lounge for my grandma our time was cut short the DAY OF and they told me at the last minute, because they over booked. While we were still breaking down the second party was rushing in to set up. Mind you I had planned this well in advance. I was so upset that I paid 1-9 and had to cut my grandmas event short. Then the lady over the phone tried to convince me that I agreed to cut the time short through email, knowing that was not discussed at all. I was told that I would get Refunded $150 for the time lost the following Monday and I never got it. I followed up with them through email and through phone several times and they have yet to refund me my money. Her party was in January it is now February and I haven’t gotten anything back.
