Acapulco Tanning — Local services in Handy Township

I called several times, but no one ever answered. I went there, but they couldn't tell me why my 200+ minutes I paid for were no longer valid. They had the owner call me. The owner would not stand behind the contract signed, stating that due to new software they couldn't allow me to keep my previous minutes purchased. It is sad that they do not stand behind their word/contract. I hope they don't get new software often. I love to support local, small businesses that are honest. I will drive to Howell in the future.

April (12-14-17) - I don't recall being rude to you. However, no one answered the phone for days, you couldn't give any info to me and didn't even offer to let the owner/manager look into it until I mentioned it. That isn't rude, it's trying to solve a problem. Frustrated...yes...rude...I don't consider that rude, but you are entitled to your opinion just like I am. Bottom line, the owner knows what her contracts stated then and now. Contracts were different then vs today obviously. Gail didn't deny the contract wording. She said due to NEW SOFTWARE they couldn't stand behind the contract. I have a right to give a rating and review, not rude, just honest based on MY experience. It wouldn't let me respond to your comment (so I'm writing it here). I'm not going to argue with an employee here or in person, but I wanted to let you know as I stated above the text I rec'd didn't deny the contract wording. I need to point out something to Michelle Devine who left the last comment, first of all when u came into the salon you were rude , you asked about a package u had 10 yrs ago and told me u had a lifetime membership?! To a tanning salon, really well i have been tanning 15 plus year and NO one has EVER offered a lifetime membership, i think you had your facts wrong there, what did u want the owners to do for you?? You hadnt even tanned in 10yrs lol .. i guess when u tan in Howell better ask them when there packages expire cuz i doubt you will be tanning considering your history! Fyi.. Acapulco has been one of the best tanners i have ever tanned at ..if u were a regular tanner you would know...

Ive tanned over 25 year and thought I found the best place to tan, till I moved from Fenton Mi, to Fowlerville Mi! I mean, I was a die hard fan of my last tanning salon, literally swore by their beds and stand ups to give the ultimate tan. When I moved to Fowlerville, I joined Acapulco and am beyond happy with the results and gives by far, the best tan EVVVER! Love this place and the staff are just as great.
