This place is something else. I purchased a so called new washer and when delivered found out it was a used one delivered. So I contacted them and they placed a new order for one. The day of the delivery my son asked for me to get him a bed so I called and seemed like everything was going good. But I was wrong they told me my father has to come and co-sign a new contract because my house is under his name. That is so weird since I am 39 years old why would I need to do that. I was told the merchandise was worth money so the owner of the house had to be on the contract. I asked why is that and why I was not informed the first time i went in. Per the manager at Hanford store she stated she did me a favor. But since I was not being grateful for her doing me a favor she had to terminate my contract and not to worry I didn't have a balance. I am so lost I went to purchase with money not asked for stuff free and instead of being helpful I was treated so rude. I have never had a awful experience in my life until this. Where is the customer service at in this place. I feel so discrimated by this department. I should have known better than not to go by my gut feeling the first time I went in. I am sorry but only white personal work there and didn't think nothing of it. I waited to be helped they said they would be with me but waited for a while. But I guess I am dumb should have caught on when white older man went in and the gentleman went and helped him first. I thought since the girl said for me to hold on a second she was going to help me. But no someone else came to help. Read moreHorrible customer service from these ppl.... The only good thing I have to say about the Aaron's in Hanford is the delivery guy Michael!! He was super nice and professional and even showed us how to fully use our new sofas.... However they were used and within a few days we noticed BEDBUGS!!! we called and left messages (the first few calls obviously were late at night since that's when those little suckers come out of hiding) then when we finally got ahold of an actual employee they denied any fault saying we must have had them already! Little did they know we had just moved into a new apartment and had NO LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AT ALL!! Hence the reason for purchasing these sofas... We had to hire a professional to come out & spray our entire house twice which costed us $300 I'll never return...

Then I called Aaron's, and someone answered, providing all the information I needed. Everything was done online, so I didn't need to visit the store. I was thrilled when Big Boy Omar delivered my new refrigerator couples hours later and set it up by himself.
