Terrible after sale service. I purchased a washer through Natalie for a small business to use strictly for washing light loads of small towels. After telling her what I'd be using it for she recommended a cheap Amana washer. I specifically asked her if I'd have warranty issues using it for a business and she said no, that they would deal with the warranty process and make sure I didn't. I paid for the unit with the business credit card and had them deliver it directly to the business. The unit came defective and would jump around uncontrollably during the spin cycle. Driskell's had their delivery guy come out to see if it was an easy fix being as their in house repair guy was injured at the time. He saw what it was doing and knew it was something beyond what he could do so Driskell's sent a different repair company out. The company they sent out threw a part in it without observing the issue and claimed it was functioning properly without even testing it out. After I called saying that it was still doing the same thing the company said it was being used commercially and attempted to void the warranty. Gail told me that had they known what I was using it for that they would have recommended a commercial washer and that there was nothing that they would do despite me telling her that the unit was delivered defective at which point she sent me a link to purchase a commercial washer from them. After telling her the exact conversation I had with Natalie she told me that Natalie would reach out to me to "resolve" the issue but I never heard back from anyone at Driskell's to this day 6 weeks later. After going back and forth with the repair company and the manufacturer I was finally able to get a different tech out who properly diagnosed the defect and got the washer working properly after nearly 3 months of having to deal with a brand new defective washer because Driskell's didn't...

We went to all of the local appliance stores and learned the current Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic has created a 6 to 10 week delivery date from the time of purchase. Driskell's had a Frigidaire Eventemp Gallery that had just arrived the day before. There are certain wants that have to be compromised when desperate shopping but the Frigidaire Eventemp Gallery at Driskell's minimized the compromises we had to make during the unscheduled and urgent quest to buy a replacement refrigerator. What really impressed us about Driskell's was the honesty of the staff, which saved us $300.00+. The staff could have attempted to upsell us but did the opposite. Needless to say the Frigidaire Evemtemp refrigerator we bought was delivered to our home the same day as purchase, which minimized the food lost, saving us even more money. Driskell's pricing is competitive, their customer service is amazing and they are locally owned. Thank you for helping to make a stressful and desperate search less stressful. The only thing is I wish we were offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty but we were so focused on replacing our dead fridge and saving our food we forgot to ask as well. The staff is knowledgeable but not at all pushy, help you figure out and meet whatever needs you have, and answer all your questions without any 'hard-sell'.
