My mother started my collection for Christmas 20 years ago. She never knew what to get me. It is a gift I am always happy to receive. I have not had any issues regarding quality.
I did break a small pitcher that I use for flowers, but glued it back. It made me so sad when I chipped it. I have pie plates, serving bowls, chip/dip platter, mugs, vases, and the list goes on.
I use the pieces for entertaining over my fancier serving pieces. I even have a set of little cups that I use for wine when I went to feel Bohemian.
Beautiful art (the one item I chipped was my fault-not the pottery) and the pieces are very durable.

Contacted them twice, no response, not even when I emailed the receipt. Can understand the defect, but paying the prices they charge for mugs and having to eat one because of their failure, not cool.
