The service is relatively kind but not sufficient enough. Staff needs more training and attention. Not enough knowledge of product or consistency in distribution—gelato, drinks, etc. If you ask any question about the product, you’ll most likely get an “Idk” or bare minimum information depending on the shift. And this is with staff that has been there for months or even years. Management should take more enthusiasm in education and instilling confidence. Staff seems helpless sometimes when minor adversity arises. Otherwise, the quality of product is great. Gelato would ideally be made with more topping. They always seem to scoop us the bottom only. My husband took me here for my birthday. I love Gelato. They have a huge selection for chocolate but not so much of a selection for gelato. Before we came, I tried calling to find out what flavors they had, but only got the answering machine. I left one message and called 3 more times. No response. If I knew the flavors before coming, I definitely wouldn't have come. Some that I remembered were: mango, birthday cake, limeade, red velvet, and hazelnut brownie. The last one is what I got, I wish I had gotten a small, I'm not much of a fan for chocolate. That is basically what it was. I have definitely had better. I would not go back without knowing what flavors are there. They should update their Facebook page and let people know what flavors they have and...

We visited this gorgeous establishment on a recent trip to Missouri. When we walked in I felt like I had gone back in time and was transported to Europe. It was as beautiful as its chocolates were delicious. As much as I loved the chocolates and gelato, my favorite thing we purchased was the "Huckleberry Bliss Lotus" drink. This drink was so crisp and refreshing that my husband and I had to stop by again the next day to pick up another one on our way out of town. To top it all off the customer service was a 10!
