I found the store today to be well appointed, comfortable seating , I am a handicapped veteran, and Some places simply do not provide adequate handicapped services for those of us, who need them. The staff was polite, knowledgeable about what was the problem with My Multiple items. The Gentleman who fixed my new watch was very impressive, knew everything that I needed done, and He did so sad I waited. All in all, this shopping experience was Five Stars on all issues. Prompt , as well courteous helpfull service staff....I would/will be coming back to Crescent Jewelry in Hannibal Mo. For all of My Jewelry needs.....Thank You Cresent Jewelry Store.....You and Your staff exude old world service ,with modern technology and inventory.... I visited Crescent Jewelry a couple weeks ago to get links removed from a watch for my teenage autistic son. The watch was a cheap one he purchased online and it had a lot of sparkles! The entire staff was wonderful! Yesterday, we went back to have a few more links taken out of the watch and again, the entire staff was wonderful. BUT, the older man that did the actual work was beyond wonderful! He spoke to my son without judgement, put the watch on his arm and made sure it fit nicely and that my son was happy with it. He laughed with him and made him feel very comfortable. Then, he didnt charge us for the second visit, even though my son was prepared to pay for it. My son went on and on about how wonderful the place...

I lost the stone in my ring a few weeks ago and the jeweler my husband bought the ring from wanted to charge an outrageous price to just replace the stone, so I took it to Crescents and they did an outstanding job!!! They resized my ring, made the prongs sturdier, and put a new stone in my ring for a fraction of the cost to just replace the stone with the original jeweler. AND… they did it in a fraction of the time!! I’m beyond pleased with their customer service, aswell. I will definitely be giving them more service in the future, and recommending them to...
