What a great find this was. Warm inside with plenty of comfortable tables to sit at. The owners took our order because it was just them in the Cafe. I had their cheeseburger and side salad while my friend had the 3 cheese sandwich with the soup de jour (chicken and vegetables.) My burger was amazing and very flavorful. All the breads were homemade too. We both ate for no more than $20 and they were both super nice. One thing was interesting was that when we ordered water we were told that they had a calagan water filter for the water but also the ice maker. She was right the water was fantastic and no after-taste.

We will definitely come see them again for Steampunk Days which is next year during last...

This is a laid back, home cooking place. Yes, you wait on your food a little longer than normal and yes, you do get it in bits and pieces. After saying that, their food is really good. Best homemade pies I've tasted in awhile (my favorite is chocolate). They care about their food and want you to eat healthy. There are no short cuts. They actually make whip cream from scratch! You must try it but be prepared for a wait... But...

Homemade burgers, the best you'll find anywhere---the buns are homemade, the meat is fresh and has been marinated, and the tomatoes are fresh and ripe, too. Absolutely delicious. Worth a trip. Excellent salads, too. The menu is limited, and they alternate between burger week and meatloaf week. Family run by a grandma and grandpa.
