If I could go negative stars I would. They do not even deserve a star. Took our laptop in to have a hinge repaired that connects the screen to the keyboard and allows the screen to open/close. They had our laptop for over 2 months before we finally went and were able to get it. When we got it home the screen did not turn on and the hinge was worse than when we took it in. We took it back to have them fix the damage that had been done by them. After several days they called and said that it was working. When I went and picked it up the screen was barely attached to the keyboard, the screen worked, but was showing double everything, and the mouse on the keypad no longer worked. I got in contact with Tigerhawk through recommendation from a coworker to fix my gaming PC. Even though they were in the busy season during December, they allowed me to drop it off and work on it in between other services. Steven has a relaxing attitude. I'm not a technical person but with Stevens help in a short period of time I have more information on operating my laptop. He reset my computer and explained how the process works. I asked about an anti-virus and he had all the information I needed right off the top of his head. Fantastic conversations while waiting on the reset to finish, with an occasional update on the percentage it was at. Because of Steven, I feel good about the care I will receive from TIGERHAWK...
