Fox's of Whippany — Local services in Hanover Township

Beautiful clothing, very unfriendly staff. In the last few weeks I have stopped by Fox's to browse after my business was completed at the Bridal Store in the same strip mall. The staff did not greet me as I entered and when I asked about plus size clothing I was totally dismissed and ignored. I asked if the plus size had a special section and the response was it is all around. No help, no guidance at all. In spite of the lack of help I managed to spend about 650.00 dollars in my last three visits. I think in this economy my business would be welcomed. I have shopped/purchased in this store several times throughout this year and each time I came into the store, NOT one associate said hello, asked if they can help me with something or anything. Even when I checked out they never asked if I found everything I needed. I noticed the associates in this store cater to Caucasian women and not brown and black women. I have literally watch this happen each time as I wanted to be sure what I experienced wasn’t a one-time incident. If you're black and you go to this store you will be "helped" a whole lot, even more than other patrons in the store. They have a real Karen there that will follow you to the dressing room and help you undress. She will stand outside your dressing room and watch you through the curtain. It will be overwhelming because Karen, is actually acting as security. You will never experience as much help as Karen gives.
