La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I ordered a medium size tamarindo/mango with lite chamoy. It tasted horrible! I definitely had to go back to return it. I arrive at the location, a young lady went to the back to obtain assistance from a young man. I was asked what was wrong with the ice cream. I began to explain the ice cream was not good, the chamoy tasted as if it was expired, both flavors of ice creams were watered down, the tamarindo was a white color. The young man provided the stores policy(no refund/exchanges) also mentioned he made the ice cream himself this morning and can guarantee it was not old.I advised that I didn't necessarily need the money back and I suggested he just replace it with something else. He refused. I of course left the ice cream, he asked again if I was going to take it. I advised I was not going to take it especially if it tasted that bad. He referred to me as "amiga" I suggested that for future dissatisfied customers, referring to them as "amiga" isn't very professional. The young lady smirked, again not professional! I do NOT recommend this location at ALL. This has been my 2nd visit at this particular location and will be my last!!! I hope this helps future...

Server name claudia is so rude. Walk in the store and theres nobody else there..claudia is sitting on the table on her phone. She didnt greet me as I walked in instead she gave a smirk like I had just disturb her on whatever she was doin on her phone. Then as I was ordering I ask to get a taste of the juice she said its pecan,she gave me another roll of the eye thing. I tried to ignore her rudeness. Then I decided to get the strawberry instead..so I said I want the "Fresa" pls..then as she was getting that for me im looking around for anything else i want..then she handed me my drink but its a Pecan..so I said to her..I said I want the Fresa (strawberry ) then she gave me that mad look and insisted that I said pecan..so then she goes dump back the pecan juice and on the same cup pour in my strawberry dripping,didnt even bother cleaning it up for me so it is sticky. I was already getting pissed off and ready to snap when my daughter walk in and ask whats taking me so long. So i just calmed myself down and left..but before leavjng I asked what is her name. IF she doesn't wanna be bothered then dont work on a place that requires you to be more...

I wish I could give 0 star. My wife and I went there yesterday with one young lady taking care of the whole store. We got Elotes, my wife got in the cup and I got on the COB. unfortunately, the one on the stick was bad. I mean it was grey instead of yellow, mushy, and stinking. I took it back to that lady and told her that this is bad. not good. She agreed and even pulled out another one from the warmer and showed (and agreed) that it does look bad. She called the owner/manager/someone incharge and they told her to tell us we are wrong, the corn is good. We were surprised that how irresponsible they are. The manager was not even there and said over the phone that the corn was good. Anyway, we smiled and asked her to throw it away and on our way stepping out of the store we decided to never come back here. They definitely lost a customer. We have a business in Elgin literally down the street from where this location is and we were excited since we are big elote fans so we would have been their permanent...
