Unpleasant Experience with Discrimination
I recently visited this ice cream shop and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience. While placing my order, I witnessed the manager berating an employee in a highly unprofessional manner. The employee was being chastised for not having received adequate training, and instead of offering guidance and support, the manager resorted to offensive language and racial stereotypes.
It is deeply disappointing to witness such discriminatory behavior, with derogatory remarks being made based on the employee's ethnicity. I have to explain to my young children âwhy that lady was mad about others being whiteâ This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for both employees and customers. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and it is disheartening to see it present in a business that should prioritize customer service and respect for all individuals.
I hope the owner/higher management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. No one should have to endure mistreatment or discrimination while simply trying to enjoy an ice...

She is incredibly rude and belligerent not only to customers but to her employees. I have seen on more than one occasion where she has berated her staff IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. Fixing mistakes in a stern way is one thing but she takes it to far she belittles and humiliates her employees over minor issues. Itâs incredibly unprofessional and makes for a very tense and unpleasant eating experience. Again I have no issues with the food or really any other employees for that matter but the behavior from the manager is quite frankly unacceptable Iâd honestly recommend the other locations as it is a far better option.    Read moreI stopped by to order two drinks and a rolling ice cream to go. I was with my toddler, who cannot walk. Despite clearly ordering everything to go, the staff made no effort to provide a bag or to-go carrier to help me carry my items. There was no compassion, no consideration, and no basic customer service. What added to my frustration was being asked to tip before receiving any service. How am I supposed to know what kind of service Iâm tipping for? Thankfully, I left it at zero because the service deserved exactly that. If someone orders multiple items to go especially while visibly struggling with a child in their arms, it should be common sense to offer help or at least provide the right packaging.
