I really had a very bad experience here when I purchased the Sephora sampler bag at that time the cologne that I wanted was out of stock I had to wait for several weeks in order for the cologne to arrive to pick it up finally today on Friday Dec,1,2023 the cologne arrived as soon as I tried redeeming my coupon for the cologne the scanner wasn't reading it properly and this employee named Patty kept on telling me that the cologne wasn't the exact size which there really isn't a smaller size for the cologne it's the exact same size that they currently have in stock she told me to call on phone which I get the same results over and over again that they'll restock this Tuesday or Friday I did say I was going to write a review here it is don't get fooled on buying the Sephora sampler bag for the holidays you'll probably get the run around like me, also the manager was there as well all he said to me was yeah yeah when I told him that I didn't want to leave a bad review which that was pretty much unprofessional and rude, I tried getting my refund but they declined it also Kohls manager don't bother responding back I won't be shopping at Kohl's in the...

I went to kohls looking for a specific item than my daughter wants for Christmas. The item is an electronic item and was under lock and key. Could not find someone on the floor so I went to customer service desk. The lady there could not get someone there so she was nice enough to walk over there and assist me. I did buy the item. Aaron at the register was very friendly and helpful getting my coupons from my phone so that I could get my best deals possible. Now that is service! It's a decent place. Location could use more variety, personally I feel they could enhance style in clothing, its starting to feel a little stale. Same goes for the shoe selection, they have some good stuff, but I feel they could use a little umph. I'm not sure if khols is not carrying as much makeup, but there's not much to look at there. Workers are very polite, lots of off season clearance. Although the lines may seem long at times they move along pretty quick. I've done Amazon returns there, it always goes by smoothly.
