These guys are great! I took my 1921 family heirloom engagement ring in after the prongs just looked a bit off. They had been poorly “restored” decades before. These folks were able to fully restore the prongs in platinum and even included beautiful and appropriate art deco detail on them. They also have an incredible stock of estate jewelry. Why buy new when older is better anyways?

I decided after 6 years of marriage it was time to upgrade my diamond in my engagement ring. We didn't have much money when we got married and have been saving over the last year. After going in a few times, giving them my budget- we finally decided on a diamond. They were able to use my original ring and just replace the setting. In addition- I replaced the cheap wedding band I had with a nice enhancer band on display. We also took my original diamond and attached it to a pendant with my grandmother's tiny diamond. I could not be happier. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Because I did the pendant and new band it was a little over budget (that's on me because I added a few things) the price for both was completely reasonable. We've bought ALL her jewelry here and she's very very very finicky with her customer service experiences. The pricing makes you realize how bad those mall stores rip you off. Your insane if you buy jewelry anywhere else. We're about to drive two hours to buy from them and it's worth it. Seriously. This is the only store around worth our time. If you have money to waste and want to give it to people who won't remember who you are go to Kay Jewelers or something. If you want sentimental​ value in your jewelry and appreciate hometown aesthetic, go to James McHone. They know my name, they'd love to...
