I order A long bread with Ham Mayo and cheese toasted . I recieved a long plain bread and a 4 inch toasted bread with ham cheese and mayo not what i ordered paid for it . I return to the store with the long bread requested them to please add the ham cheese and mayo toasted still get charged an extra $8 to receive it back with no cheese . Clearly i notice when i had left gave them a call and asked for the manager. The employee already heard the tone of my voice cause i was highly upset. Told the manager my situation his Response was maybe the cheese melted when we toasted it. No cause the small bread i received that i did not order showed the yellow cheese . If your employee messed up on a order they should correct it not continue to make the mistake. And clearly the manager asked to bring the sandwich back to take a look at it and i simply told him i wasted my time enough and paid in full for the last order and the new order to end up leaving not satisfied so i suggest you speak with your employer Mistake. No consideration Not even a sorry did not resolve anything and the customer witch is me was clearly not Right in there eyes never agian the worst place ive ever encountered. Then when u are a person who speaks bith language and still do not understand an order something is wrong with your employer... Not worth my money . A percentage for bringing that bread back at hand then still charge me full price after i paid for it is None Professional what business...

Review from an actual Cuban- Having tried places in Union City, NJ- Miami, Fl, and Havana Cuba - will say this place is disgracing our cuisine, the Cuban sandwich was atrocious, they used the right bread but the pernil wasn't good and ham was skimpy, no pickle, and wrong cheese (lleva Swiss no American lol) , I mean seriously google the sandwich the sandwich here looks nothing like it, when I saw my sandwich come out of a microwave to the toaster I had it.

The pastel de carne was ok, not the best- It wasn't dry at least lol.

Got a cheesecake oddly enough this was good.

Place does not serve any Cuban beverages i.e Materva, Iron Beer, Jupina~ there are no true Cuban restaurants in the CT area so distribution will suck,

Prices are cheap here, however it shows in the quality~ hence the area that it's in, Cubans probably make up .005% of the demographic here so yea.

Just don't get a hallucination that your going to leave Wowed!

Horrible service. They need to make sure everybody is fully trained. I am a customer for 7 yrs and the only person that i will let to take my order is the manager Maria, i am tired for my sandwich to hard and i ask to get cut in half and they dont. I stopped getting ham and cheese sandwiches and i started to order toast with butter and cheese and they cant even make that right. The cheese is never melted and when they melted the cheese the bread is not even toasted because they only put it in the microwave to melt the chesse so whats the point of toasted. Maria always toast my bread and the cheese comes out melted. They need to be more cleaner when they are making people's food. I am a manger at a restaurant and they should have atleast some knowledge of...
