This is by far one of the BEST bridal experiences! The location is charming and personable. The owner, Amy, knows her gowns, her brides and offers an incredible experience for the bride and her guests. The shop is cozy, charming and warm. Clean bridal gowns surround you in a beautiful display of possibilities. The employees are dressed up and professional looking. Amy takes her time in getting to know the bride and what she is looking for. She offered suggestions and listened to the bride to tailor the experience more to her wishes. When allowing the bride to see herself, she places her on a small stage. She allows the bride to see herself from the front then situates her so that she can clearly see the back of the gown, then tailors it so that they get a clear picture of what it would look like in their specific size. Amy stayed within budget and honestly her prices were amazing. Our second stop had dirty dresses, no personable experiences and the prices were at least $1000 more expensive for a much lesser quality of dress. This shop is adorable and being in downtown Stillwater you would think It might be out of your budget, but it is absolutely not. This was truly a beautiful seamless dress appointment. The treatment a bride receives here is outstanding. We left there with "the dress" clearly in mind but still chose to attend a second fitting that day. The next experience was horrible. That will be a separate review of its own. This bridal salon sets the tone for a magical experience. We called immediately following the bad experience and Amy said to come on in as she would be open until 5. We returned immediately and the bride was quickly put in "her" dress and the tears flowed. While purchasing the dress, 2 other brides had returned from their earlier appointments to purchase their dresses! We shared stories of our horrible experiences at other salons and why we returned to purchase there. Start here! I promise you will not be disappointed. This is like driving the Cadillac first. Other appointments will feel like you are driving a compact car without any features. Nothing can compare with this salon. Amy is absolutely amazing!!! This bridal superhero has bent over backwards for me. The crazy thing is I have never met her, never been to her shoppe or boughten anything from her. I called the BeLoved Bridal because she sold MoriLee dresses. I bought my MoriLee from Wedding Shoppe and ordered buttons to make alterations, got the buttons and they were the wrong color. The Wedding Shoppe could have cared less they were absolutely awful!!!! Do not go there!!! I have 2 months to my wedding and I was in a pinch. When I talked to Amy she went above and beyond to get my buttons on order and was so sweet. She called me a few times made sure I was taken care. I wish I would have bought my dress there, my dress experience would have turned out much better. Take it from a regretful bride, take your dress shopping to BeLoved. If I got the most amazing service with out stepping foot in the door I know she will take such good care of you and make your dress shopping an amazing experience. My experience at Beloved Bridal was more than I could have ever dreamed for. We never had anyone else up in the wedding dress area which made the appointment feel intimate and calm. And Amy was absolutely amazing. I started out by showing her a picture of a dress I had liked at another store, and she pulled a dress that was similar and more to my liking - and it ended up being the dress! She was so helpful and patient with me while I continued to try on other dresses in the store. She was also super respectful and gentle when helping me change in and out of my dresses. I also went to a tailor in town per her recommendation. When I asked if I could swing by Beloved Bridal on the way to my fitting appt to pick up a veil I had been considering, she responded to me that she had already run it over to the tailor.
