Medusa's Hair Parlour — Local services in Hastings

I've been here twice now and I kicking myself for thinking I had to drive to the cities for qauilty service. Nicole did my son's hair and rocked it. He has autism (she didn't even know) so I've been taking him to kids hair and when i go there they seem annoyed with him from start to finish and the cuts are lacking it seems and they always blame it on him. Niki not only entertained him and let him tell jokes the entire time. And the haircut was the best he received. Amanda the owner also google a few jokes for him. Aubery tinted and waxed my eyebrows and the whole experience was a delight i didn't feel rushed and it turned out better. I stay up to date on trends and she checked all the marks.

I didn't want to be rude while I was there, and I'm just leaving a review so the baddies know not to get colorful dye if they got thicc™ hair. I paid nearly $400 for a dye job alone where there's blond patches and the color was completely off from the color I wanted. I've literally had better dye jobs at the hands of my friends in the privacy of my own home. I don't plan on coming back, but I'm sure they're great at everything else. You guys were lovely, I'm just not satisfied with the results for the price I paid :( I paid more so I could have a good dye job, not some at-home type stuff. I visited Medusa's for the first time this week and had such a wonderful experience. Nicole gave me the best haircut I've had in years!! As a new mom, this was just what I needed for an extra confidence boost. The salon is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and Nicole was so kind, easy to talk to, and professional. She took her time and gave me such a beautiful cut and style. I smiled all afternoon. I'll definitely be back for my next cut.
