Had a very pleasant experience the numerous times I have been to this location. The staff has always been exceptional and helpful. Today was very different. Only one new girl at a register and a line of almost 10 people plus. A store manager called for another cashier and another girl came up within minutes while said manager, Vanessa, fixed carts outside. The issue is, with only two registers open and many people in line is overwhelming. I went up to a different manager, Stephanie, and let her know of what happened and that as a leader someone should have stepped in to help the other cashiers. I have never in my life had someone in a customer service role be so dismissive and rude to me before. She asked me where I worked which is not only inappropriate, but weird. The manager aggressively chased and berated a young woman for vlogging, causing a scene in front of customers. This is the second time I've seen this manager behave rudely and unprofessionally towards a customer.
The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and her statement that HomeGoods is 'her' store and vlogging is not allowed raises concerns. As a representative of HomeGoods, her actions reflect poorly on the company.
