Panda Express — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Food has recently gone downhill (again). However, the customer service is worse than the food and the manager is so rude. I was told I couldn’t pickup my mobile order thru the drive thru anymore (since when?), ok fine. So, I park and go in, haul my kids in with me to get our order, and no one greets us or takes any notice. The manager(?) was blatantly ignoring me while talking to another employee (showing her things on the line), the drive thru worker was staring at me and a few other employees walked right by or stared at us but NO ONE said anything until finally the employee the manager had been talking to came over to help us. We were the only customers in the restaurant AND or order was wrong, which was only discovered after we got home. Truly disappointing. As good as their food is, every-time I go to this eatery, they are always out of something and having to tell you to pull ahead so that they can prepare it. On this evening, I was told that I couldn’t have a particular side because it was frozen since the cook or someone had forgotten to take it out the night before. Inexcusable! I visit Panda Express at least once a week and it is such an inconvenience to keep having to pull up and wait and wait with every visit. I stay on the other side of town so I’m practically starving when I get there and their service doesn’t make it any better. You all should work on this, and I also suggest that you ask customers if they would like a complimentary beverage or something when they have to pull around the front and on food! At first this place was great. Then they took 2 hours to bring me my order and when I called to see what was wrong, they kept lying to me. Then they called acting like they didn't know where I lived when they'd been to my house at least 10 times before and kept my address on file. Then when he came to the door, he said it was my fault and I gave them the wrong address. I took the food only because I paid with credit card already and they refused to give me a refund. That will be my LAST order from them, ever. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had just apologized. The bottom line is the food is pretty good, but the customer service is ZERO.
