Five Guys — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife and I went here today and the door was locked, but the workers were in there. They saw us standing there because we all made eye contact and then they went right back to whatever it was they were doing (cleaning, maybe?). I stood there for another minute to see if maybe someone would come to the door and explain why it was locked. Obviously they were closed, but for how long? When will they open back up? Is it drive thru only right now? So I knocked. Someone yelled "WE CLOSED!" and then they laughed. Couldn't even come to the door. There was a complete lack of customer service. I called to speak to a manager and she just made excuses for them. "They weren't laughing at you, they were already joking around." Like I can't see them.... It's glass, ma'am, not a brick wall. I told her it would have been more polite for someone to come to the door so I could actually hear them and have them explain. When they DO open back up, we will not be...

Been visiting five guys resteruants all over the country for years. This one is by far the worst. I usually order 5,6, but mostly 7 patty burgers all the time. Today, the 4 patty burger. Was covered in so much greasy and hot sauce that the bun top and bottom were so saturated with grease and hot sauce that when I opened it from the foil a stream of stuff just flowed out. A bit upset, i took the burger back to the store and the manager first explanation to me was "we have new people back there." This upset me even more putting down your employees in front of customers and they can see and hear you. No sir, they didnt fail me. You failed them and myself by not training to standard. It was my first time ever in this chain. Noticing peanuts, I was so ready to try the burgers I didn't notice the fries were cooked in peanut oil until after we placed our order. Pregnant, tired, and hungry not to mention we were here on a hospital visit. Once I did I told my boyfriend I couldn't eat the fries. Unfortunately, the cook had used a little oil on the veggies for our toppings, so I couldn't eat the burger either. The GM, Mr. Andrew was beyond apologetic, and refunded the order as well as talk to us. Great man, I'll be returning after my pregnancy just because of him. And that burger I never got to taste.
