I could care less about customer service and atmosphere, I’m here for the foooood! Now I can only speak for what I ordered, so exclude the boiled seafood. I got the Chicken & Steak Hibachi, Wok-Fried Calamari, & Soft Crab Roll.

As others mentioned prior to my review, the Chicken & Steak Combo is mediocre. Where’s the sear on my chicken and steak?! This isn’t hibachi fried rice, nor does it even taste like wok-fried rice to say the least! Do I have COVID or something what kind of sauce is on the meat and vegetables?! Not going to lie but the teriyaki sauce from Panda Express is purdy good.

My fried calamari isn’t your traditional tempura batter, but it’s that rough sand paper batter that the south uses for their catfish. I know you guys have your own Mississippi Roll, Cajun Roll (crawfish sushi), but some appetizers are meant to be original. Again what is that weird sauce on bottom of my calamari dish?! It taste like the original sweet chilli sauce infused with soy sauce or something. PASS.

Saved the best for last, it’s sushi time! Who cares about the looks right?! Wrong! I was sad eyes when my saw my soft shell crab. Why? Because it was sad looking. For all you tempura sushi lovers, the best part is the end piece where all the meat is hanging out and the portion of the meat is bigger than the sushi itself! Except my end piece was small like Katt Williams, mini Twix, mini skittles, Mini Me from Austin Powers. (Sigh) The best soft shell crab I had ever was at Sakuras.

I hope you revamp your menu and wish you...

Management is horrible! The server took forever to come and take our orders and when she did come, the manager for that night (short Caucasian lady) came with her. The server seemed to be kind of new and still learning things which was okay for us as customers we understood. However, the manager came over with frustration & seem to have had an attitude. I simply asked was the manager okay tonight cause our entire table sensed some frustration from her so I was just genuinely asking as a customer. She (the manager) came back over to our table and said “My server came and told me y’all said I had an attitude, I don’t have an attitude, so y’all can stop talking to me” Very confused and totally dissatisfied, our table left because for one, we didn’t say she had an attitude, All I did was ask was she okay. That was not how a “manager” should have talked to a paying customer. So I would not recommend eating here because they are very rude & do not care about genuine...

A small strip mall restaurant that's big on taste, our first dine-in experience with Sake Cafe was wonderful. From our lovely and attentive waitress, Addie, to the ambiance, table settings and food, they really have a unique, quaint eatery.

We've ordered from them on Waitr and our food arrived just as fresh, impressive and tasty as our tabletop experience. My order came with a garden salad with ginger dressing...simply fabulous! I love ginger dressing and this one was rich and delicious.

My daughter got the beautiful Rocky II Roll--which I didn't get a pic of the roll because my daughter took a bite of it as soon as it reached the table--and I had the Akita Snapper and white rice, with drinks, it rounded out to $34.97. Not too shabby. My snapper was fried with a tempura type coating and sat in a beautiful sweet and savory sauce that was to die for! We are definitely ordering from Sake again and going back as well. It...

Good place to eat with subtle flavors and decent price. The Spicy Yellowtail roll is excellent, but take your time with it to enjoy the subtle flavors as they open up. If you eat it too fast you'll miss out. The Tuna Tar Tar is tasty and would definitely be a repeat order in the future. The Salmon Naruto roll was very refreshing and I really enjoyed the cucumber wrapping, but the white sauce it was served with masked a lot of the flavor of everything else. The Spicy Yellow Dragon my wife liked, but it was a large marble shaped mold of fish flakes on top of a modest roll that was a bit too much to eat in one bite. The flavor of the fish flakes overwhelmed anything else that was going on with the roll. Staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. Parking is plentiful in the area, but it might be challenging for any big vehicles during peak busy hours.

I came here on my friends birthday. We love coming to Sake but this experience has been by far the WORST!! The food didn’t taste the same tonight, wasn’t cooked fully, and the service is rude (well one lady who came to check on us) our server (tris) seemed new because the other lady had to get her multiple times to help her about our issues. Then she got an attitude with us when all we came to do was enjoy our evening, eating good at our favorite place. I’m extremely sad about this experience and will have to find a new favorite seafood spot. oh and btw this is 1/2 lb of crab legs.
