Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Chic Fil A will never get my business again! I’ve been going here quite often because the location is really convenient to my job. Lately, it’s been a drag pulling up to this establishment. It’s constantly a long wait in the drive thru. Please be prepared for a 15 minute or longer wait before placing your order. Ridiculous!! After the long wait and your order is placed your food is incorrect, super soggy fries, very salty fries and rude staff!!!

I finally had enough after waiting in line 10 minutes on my lunch break and getting to the window to pay; and the window worker stated how can I help you? I was like how can you help me I’m confused. She stated what did you order we don’t have it? They didn’t hear you?

Pause, how did they not hear me after I had a response after I ordered this... they asked what kind of drink and sauces with the meal. But yet y’all didn’t hear me?! How inconsiderate I’ve waited minutes and I get to the window and you don’t even have the courtesy to apologize? Retake order? Never again!!

Have you tried the lord's Mac n cheese? It's heavenly..still my favorite chicken sandwich always satisfying. My only complaint is now I have to decide if I'm gonna get the fried spicy sandwich or the new grilled spicy... why did yall have to make me have to chose?!! Flip a coin now it's always good! Idk how it's always just as good as the first time I've tried it. Oh if you see the long line at the drive thru and have the urge to keep going and eat somewhere else. Don't!! Look, this Chick-fil-A is as good as any. However, their parking lot is nearly always an unmitigated disaster. We've only been living in the area for six months, but every time we want to eat here the "drive through" line is wrapped around the building and into surrounding business' parking lots. Since whatever planner brilliantly engineered only one entrance the result every time is that the dining room was nearly empty, as cars had to wait a minimum of five minutes in drive-through line to make it TO the parking lot get inside.

One time it was so bad we had to park at the neighboring Five Guys and walk across the partition. No mean feat with three kids. Anyway, we've learned to avoid this place at volume, which is too bad, because the lack of a crowd inside is a definite plus.
