BOSA completely blew us away and honestly helped me and my fiancĂ© re ignite our relationship. Odd I know but we can explain. First off food was phenomenal and I would even say that work underplays it. Every dish nails layers of flavor. Thereâs few places that I go and order different meals as I usually go with what I know but BOSA offers great diversity in their menu and I cant wait to treat my fiancĂ© to dinner again here.
Now letâs get to our waitress Nicole! Sheâs the one who made this night beyond amazing. The initial greet was done with a friendly face and welcoming smile that made us feel right at home. Sheâs super knowledgeable about the whole menu with great recommendations! One thing I greatly admire and appreciate is she will give you her personal opinions of the food instead if trying to upsell the most expensive. That goes a long long way with me. Nicole is super personable and friendly it felt like we knew her for 10 years! You donât see this service anymore and I told her I want to personally request her everytime we go from now on.
Nicole told us her daughter works with her as well (clearing/cleaning tables, etc); what a dynamic duo Iâll tell ya! Both of them truly amazing!
When I say me and my fiancĂ©s relationship got re ignited by Nicole and bosa that shouldnât be taken lightly. Between broken down vehicles and trying to afford a wedding money has caused lots of tension, but money didnât even phase us tonight. The service we received was worth more than what I had in my pocket. We tipped Nicole well and honestly if I had more cash on me I woulda done more. She didnât even want to accept the tip but sheâs truly amazing. We left feeling refreshed and renewed so thank you Nicole! You changed us for the better and showed us thereâs still good people in the world. Thank you once again for an amazing night and we are truly blessed to have met you.

Iâve been waiting over a week to write this review, but I only decided to do so after discovering the blatant review bombing campaign fueled by the General manager, Alex, and his friends and family.
Bosa Coastal Italian is not just badâitâs a complete disgrace to the dining industry. From the moment you step in, youâre met with a level of incompetence, deception, and outright disrespect thatâs truly staggering.
The food? Absolutely subpar. Itâs bland, and utterly uninspired. The dishes look like they were thrown together by someone with zero understanding of Coastal Italian cuisine, and the taste reflects that. Itâs clear theyâre more interested in cutting corners than serving anything remotely close to authentic or quality food.
The service? An absolute nightmare. Our server was rude, dismissive, and seemed to be actively annoyed that we were there. When we rightly voiced our complaints about the poor service, instead of addressing our concerns professionally, Alex, the general manager, was dismissive and condescendingâmore interested in brushing us off than fixing the issues.
Now, letâs talk about the real scandal: the managementâs blatant manipulation of reviews. After hearing from multiple honest customers about how terrible this place is, I did some diggingâand itâs obvious that Alex is orchestrating a review-bombing campaign. I spoke to several people connected to him, and itâs clear theyâve been enlisted to flood the reviews with fake 5-star ratings. These reviews are wildly inaccurate, falsely portraying the restaurant as a five-star paradise when, in reality, itâs a complete disaster. Itâs nothing short of dishonest, and it shows how little integrity Alex hasâmore concerned with saving his reputation than providing a decent experience.
Sandra, the host, is just as badârude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, adding insult to injury. Itâs obvious this place is run by people who care more about their own image than delivering a decent dining experience.

Initially, I was hesitant to dine here, but my boyfriend highly recommended it, and I was drawn in by the aesthetic. Additionally, a close friend of mine, who owns multiple properties in the area and visits often, had spoken highly of the restaurant, making it an easy choice to celebrate my birthday here. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the expectations that both word-of-mouth and your brand reputation set. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but from there, the service was virtually nonexistent. We waited an unreasonably long time to be acknowledgedâeven for something as simple as water. What made this more frustrating was that the restaurant was not busy. Multiple tables were open, and there were only a handful of people at the bar. Despite several staff members, including the manager, being present, no one came over until much later.
The only saving grace of the night was our server, Ben. He was not only attentive and professional but also genuinely apologetic for what had transpired. This level of awareness and hospitality is what I would have expected from the manager, who instead spent most of the time distracted on his phone or aimlessly walking around without actively managing the floor. It was clear he was not engaged in ensuring guests were receiving the service they deserved. If it werenât for Ben and my boyfriendâs excitement, I would have left. The lack of attentiveness and managerial oversight made the visit feel like a wasted trip.
Moving forward, I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into consideration.
