BOSA completely blew us away and honestly helped me and my fiancĂ© re ignite our relationship. Odd I know but we can explain. First off food was phenomenal and I would even say that work underplays it. Every dish nails layers of flavor. There’s few places that I go and order different meals as I usually go with what I know but BOSA offers great diversity in their menu and I cant wait to treat my fiancĂ© to dinner again here. Now let’s get to our waitress Nicole! She’s the one who made this night beyond amazing. The initial greet was done with a friendly face and welcoming smile that made us feel right at home. She’s super knowledgeable about the whole menu with great recommendations! One thing I greatly admire and appreciate is she will give you her personal opinions of the food instead if trying to upsell the most expensive. That goes a long long way with me. Nicole is super personable and friendly it felt like we knew her for 10 years! You don’t see this service anymore and I told her I want to personally request her everytime we go from now on. Nicole told us her daughter works with her as well (clearing/cleaning tables, etc); what a dynamic duo I’ll tell ya! Both of them truly amazing! When I say me and my fiancĂ©s relationship got re ignited by Nicole and bosa that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Between broken down vehicles and trying to afford a wedding money has caused lots of tension, but money didn’t even phase us tonight. The service we received was worth more than what I had in my pocket. We tipped Nicole well and honestly if I had more cash on me I woulda done more. She didn’t even want to accept the tip but she’s truly amazing. We left feeling refreshed and renewed so thank you Nicole! You changed us for the better and showed us there’s still good people in the world. Thank you once again for an amazing night and we are truly blessed to have met you. Nicole should be the face of the company they would kill it! She’s funny smart knowledgeable and truly knows how to connect and take care of each individual customer. We left feeling like we were friends! Phenomenal night, phenomenal food, even better staff! The entire crew from hostess to Nicole to the manager and general manager came together and made the night special memorable and gave us lots to talk about. We have a network of many “foodies” and we will be sharing our experience with them!

Food is AMAZING - DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING IN ADVANCE and stay away from Alex, the GM at all costs!! - two weeks of communication between him and I, never shared with his team for a 25 person dinner reservation . We showed up ready to eat a light dinner and take pictures by the boardwalk - expecting food we had TRIED to prepay to be waiting on us so we could maintain our travel plans for the night. Who isn’t there ? Alex. His front of house team (who I apologize to, feel free to come work for me I would never put my team in that situation) - had been given our food order, but no other details (like that someone would be in a wedding dress, or that Alex had told us appetizers would be ready at 4, dinner at 4:45, cake by 5:30, all so that we could be on the road by 6 and be a minimal disruption to his business, or that he had told me a specific way our tables would be set etc etc) I manage a sales/customer service team and just cannot even begin to comprehend how any of this could happen at a new restaurant in this beautiful modern building with great food and a personable front line team working the restaurant.. you’d think they’d be working extra trying to establish their reputation, let alone meeting bare minimum expectations for anyone spending money anywhere how embarrassing for all parties !! - oh and if the blatant disregard for customer service and disrespect for his staff that actually cook and serve the food wasn’t bad enough - he aggressively over quoted my wife by thousands on our reservation - I eventually called him and sent an invoice, completely based on the information they provide online about group pricing/minimum rates , at which point the price of our dinner reservation went from a quote of $3500-$7000 to around $1500! One last time the food is actually amazing!! Just don’t try to book anything 😅

5 stars all the way around for this new Italian spot on the river in downtown Haverhill! The restaurant decor and atmosphere is phenomenal. The service (our new BFF, Eli) was incredible. And the food - everything that came out was killer. My wife made a Father's Day reservation here for 7 adults, a baby and toddler - and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Note: they do not have kids cups or a kids menu - but we made do and our toddler ate VERY well. They did go out of their way to find a plastic cup somewhere, ha, and a few different kinds of straws for her to try out. We started out with our own adult beverages and they were delicious and very creative (I'm running out of adjectives). I had a special drink made in a real coconut. VERY good. And then the Mambo Italiano - delicious. You know what? I'm just going to list everything we had that was delicious and we would highly recommend: Apps: *The bread with marinara dipping sauce (their sauce is killer) and garbanzo bean sauce. *Burrata *Arincini *Fried Chicken *Seared Tuna Entrees: *Prosciutto Pizza (their pizza oven is imported from Italy) *Strip Steak Frites *Chicken Roast *Frutti Di Mare Sides: *My toddler daughter got the Hand Cut Papparedelle pasta as part of her meal - and let me tell you, I ended up eating half of it (when she was done of course!). Dessert: *Tiramisu (posting a photo of this - it was one of the best I've ever had) with espresso caramel and chocolate crisps So between the location (on the water), the decor/ambiance, and the service - we will most definitely be back and would always recommend to our family and friends. Great spot and hope they stick around a while. OH - and we hope to check out their rooftop soon! Heard they might be doing brunch. Great work, BOSA! And thanks for a wonderful Father's Day dinner.

5 stars all the way around for this new Italian spot on the river in downtown Haverhill! The restaurant decor and atmosphere is phenomenal. The service (our new BFF, Eli) was incredible. Absolutely the Worst Restaurant I’ve Ever Encountered – Stay FAR AWAY from Bosa Coastal Italian. I’ve been waiting over a week to write this review, but I only decided to do so after discovering the blatant review bombing campaign fueled by the General manager, Alex, and his friends and family.

Bosa Coastal Italian is not just bad—it’s a complete disgrace to the dining industry. From the moment you step in, you’re met with a level of incompetence, deception, and outright disrespect that’s truly staggering.

The food? Absolutely subpar. It’s bland, and utterly uninspired. The dishes look like they were thrown together by someone with zero understanding of Coastal Italian cuisine, and the taste reflects that. It’s clear they’re more interested in cutting corners than serving anything remotely close to authentic or quality food.

The service? An absolute nightmare. Our server was rude, dismissive, and seemed to be actively annoyed that we were there. When we rightly voiced our complaints about the poor service, instead of addressing our concerns professionally, Alex, the general manager, was dismissive and condescending—more interested in brushing us off than fixing the issues.

Now, let’s talk about the real scandal: the management’s blatant manipulation of reviews. After hearing from multiple honest customers about how terrible this place is, I did some digging—and it’s obvious that Alex is orchestrating a review-bombing campaign. I spoke to several people connected to him, and it’s clear they’ve been enlisted to flood the reviews with fake 5-star ratings. These reviews are wildly inaccurate, falsely portraying the restaurant as a five-star paradise when, in reality, it’s a complete disaster. It’s nothing short of dishonest, and it shows how little integrity Alex has—more concerned with saving his reputation than providing a decent experience.

Sandra, the host, is just as bad—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, adding insult to injury. It’s obvious this place is run by people who care more about their own image than delivering a decent dining experience.

In short, Bosa Coastal Italian is a scam. A shameful excuse for a restaurant that preys on unsuspecting customers with fake reviews and terrible service. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the disappointment—stay far away and tell everyone you know to...

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant on Friday, March 1, 2025, as I believe it’s important for you to be aware of the level of service being provided under your management.

Initially, I was hesitant to dine here, but my boyfriend highly recommended it, and I was drawn in by the aesthetic. Additionally, a close friend of mine, who owns multiple properties in the area and visits often, had spoken highly of the restaurant, making it an easy choice to celebrate my birthday here. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the expectations that both word-of-mouth and your brand reputation set. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but from there, the service was virtually nonexistent. We waited an unreasonably long time to be acknowledged—even for something as simple as water. What made this more frustrating was that the restaurant was not busy. Multiple tables were open, and there were only a handful of people at the bar. Despite several staff members, including the manager, being present, no one came over until much later.

The only saving grace of the night was our server, Ben. He was not only attentive and professional but also genuinely apologetic for what had transpired. This level of awareness and hospitality is what I would have expected from the manager, who instead spent most of the time distracted on his phone or aimlessly walking around without actively managing the floor. It was clear he was not engaged in ensuring guests were receiving the service they deserved. If it weren’t for Ben and my boyfriend’s excitement, I would have left. The lack of attentiveness and managerial oversight made the visit feel like a wasted trip.

Moving forward, I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into consideration. If this restaurant is to maintain the high standards set by its affiliated locations, I strongly suggest that the management team reevaluates its approach to customer service and overall attentiveness.
